I don't necessarily dislike or like fan fiction. (Though in my mind Legends is usually something that fits in well so I like) But, It really comes down to a topic by topic basis. There are lots of times that I like a fanfictions. It just depends on how someone does it.

Yeah I think you make a good point. My main issue is when adaptations directly contradict what Tolkien wrote, Because in large detail of what Tolkien wrote that is what happened in the world right? Again it does depend on the thing we're talking about cuz some things he didn't fully explain or talk about. But the man definitely gave massive detail to some areas. And there are times that that is totally disregarded by some things. That's kind of where I get a little frustrated. But again that doesn't have to do with the definition of canon in fantasy or writing. That's just one of my own thoughts.

Yeah that's because they go with the classic version of MMO. MMOs used to always work that way back in the day that if you're talking about account white item you'd never be able to transfer that over to a different server. Hence why. But yes I totally understand how that could get confusing. In theory you could transfer it using the transfer system but that would cost money and you'd have to bring your whole shared storage. Mainly when it's acount-wide it's talking about your server world. Good comments.

LD player on computer. It's an emulator. The game definitely doesn't move at the speed of Battle for Middle-Earth. Like with combat. The game is definitely more of like a board game like risk. So if that's not your thing I totally understand. You played over long periods of time there are times that you'll have to move and block something real quick in a very big combat but you're still talking maybe 5 10 seconds.

Thanks for your thoughts on it! Maybe with an emulator with physical buttons it will feel different to me. I'll maybe give it a shot sometime. Then I can watch all your guides!

It's always better to use cable simply because that works 99% of the time... Of you have a really strong wireless network that could work too but cable will always be better

If you're talking about internet speed usually plugging a cable directly into your router for internet will be faster than using your computers built-in Wi-Fi. Usually... Make sure your cable is obviously all good and not broken and able to move a certain amount of speed through it.

I would put Essence bags above Junk since you are going to hold on to those. Junk items you are going to vendor.

True you can flip those two. I'm just mainly thinking when you're traveling around you really fill up real quick in your inventory with junk. Usually you can leave your essences in your shared storage or vault until you're ready to work on your legendary

So in theory the answer would be yes. But, big but. I don't have solid info on exactly how the downscaling system will work and they have yet to say anything in detail about it So I would assume yes that would be the case but I'm not sure if you can just downscale your single solo character or you have to downscale to whoever you're playing with at that level etc. I would assume you could downscale your character to a certain area and do it at right level. Also when it comes to doing the quests in order it doesn't really matter for normal quest that you just pick up from a certain town or location. What does matter a lot of times is the main story chapter but it's pretty easy to follow along especially if you use the lotro wiki. Sometimes the story chapter will just lead you to the next area and sometimes you'll have to look up where you have to pick up the next book etc.
