also, I was super sick, Mark was helping the builders all day... as we're building an addition... a bedroom and bathroom that will work with a wheelchair, with BIG WINDOWS for me to be in bed and look out. So hurray for husbands, as even with his day he's asking how I am doing... and caring for me.. so spouses are wonderful.
I get to leave the hospital today, but get to go to skilled nursing for wound care, at 5pm tonight. This is a whole new experience for me I hope it goes well. I'm only 37, and most everyone where I'm going will be at the end of their lives. I hope to bring some joy and kindness, friendship and happiness when I go.

I'm struggling with undiagnosed illness right now. I go to see several specialist in January, leaning towards a autoimmune disease. My husband, two sons and I have all had a stomach bug for the last month. I've been so tired, but you guys have made it less lonesome. I think of you all and send prayers. If anyone feels lead to send prayers our way I'm truly grateful.

Do you take a probiotic? I've often had issues from antibiotic use, nothing like dropping blood counts but maybe it could help? Obviously consult your Dr. first and you probably already have but it was just a thought. You and Peter are in my thoughts daily I've been so inspired by your grace and happiness in the face of such a condition. Thank you for putting your life on the Internet for people to watch! 😉

As someone who has simply been hurt my whole life, and have no safety net of close people right now, I can tell you just getting out of bed in the morning is hard, even without a sickness to physically stop me. So please stay happy and stay kind because without it, there's nothing left.

Our weather in TN was insane Saturday. During the day it was 75 degrees, we had severe thunderstorms that evening (temps in the high 60's), then overnight it dropped to the 20's and all the rain iced over and it was in the teens early Sunday morning. It was so cold I had tears pouring out of my eyes just from the cold.
Hey guys! I love your singing and religious background Peter was talking about. I had MORE dental surgery for my broken jaw. He had to cut and file down a shard piece from when my jaw broke. So I have stiches and eating puree banana and vanilla (no sugar added) pudding and drinking my treat of Tim Hortons decayed coffee! Lots of love! PETER YOU ARE AMAZING! Time to do a little catching up on all the latest research, tools, and news; I think it's important to be aware and informed and it's been at least a decade since I dove in. On another note, I just love your Ollie dog--he is so smart and loving. I'm glad you have him in your life, just sorry for the reason (if that makes sense). I know this has nothing to do with you being in the hospital, but... where I live they just passed a law that we have to bring our own grocery bags to the store. I would love to see a canvas tote with the flamingo on it, so I could bring it to get my groceries. I hope that you will be able to go home soon.
Texas has crazy weather today! Saturday it was in the 80's and we were wearing shorts and t-shirts and then it dropped 40+ degrees. It was in the 20's by the next morning! Crazy!

It was -35 degrees here yesterday and positive 30 degrees today! A 60 degree difference!!
