Very well designed Rolex, has the classic timeless design of the submariner with all the latest improvements that made it to the Yachtmaster. Doesn’t wear too large because the case is sleek this is the everyday day understated top end Rolex. Looks good with a hoodie or a suit. Not bling but high end time piece.
42mm to big for this! The clasp is great but a scratch magnet. 72 hr movement. It’s about time Rolex. I like this watch. I’m torn!! I will look it this more. Maybe my next watch or white gold Daytona on rubber. Nice video mate
Another tryhard who thinks he's a watch connesieur simply by remarking that no watch should be bigger than 40mm. I guarantee your knowledge of watches is as bad as your spelling.
Angry People - Andrew Ross & Guess What. Is Andrew a little girls name. Couldn’t get into my schools so spelling fine. I have one guys - this watch. Send me you email. I’ll show it on my wrist.
Cool review, thanks. Just a few remarks: you skipped years 2012 and 2016 when Rolex released the rolesium 116622 in blue dial and platinum dial, then in rhodium dial and a two-tone in chocolate dial. You sound like you're reviewing the Submariner. The bezel is not meant to time your dive but to track elapsed time between buoys in regattas and assist with the start of the race (reason why it's bidirectional). The glidelock clasp is for comfort only, not to be used with a wetsuit as this is not a dive watch. The rubber strap is not just rubber, actually it's a bracelet made of metal (titanium alloy) covered with rubber, much more resistant than a regular aftermarket rubber strap.
Hilarious, I hope the reviewer doesn't actually go diving... A diving bezel/timer has to be unidirectional and the bezel on this is bidirectional. You wouldn't want to be diving and accidentally have the bezel turn the other way, you'd run out of air and die lol. I know almost everybody dives with a dive computer these days but you get my point.. Personally I dive with both, an analogue as back up in case the dive computer fails.
For price its bs, I love rolex why the price is so high, a two tone rolex sub cost 12 to 13. But this watch has a rubber strap that's it. It's way to high seriously.

This is a great watch. Nice video mate.
Cool watch!! Got a new 116519ln last week, best under the radar sport model there is and I love the oysterflex!!!
One of the most coolest & functional Rolex out there, my favourite.
Great review. Keep it up. Agree, YM 40 in white gold would be my preference as well.
Hi, can you make a video about the sky-dweller please?

Yes I am in exactly the same conundrum!!

I would go for rose gold with the Diamond set in white gold dial and black oyster flex bracelet.
Stunning
Thanks for the detailed review
I already have the 16628 but would love to gat my hands on a 42mm YM as well, with the glide lock and the Falcon Eye dial.
Ps
It wears bigger . More like 43-44mm . It’s uncomparisoble with older 40mm in size
RubberB nicer than the Rolex Oysterflex??? Blashemy! ha. Looking forward to getting a RubberB for my BB58 when its released.
I want the batman so bad!
DEEPROT I see you are a man of culture aswell
Hello, how much does this watch cost
Have you heard of this new invention called Google?
It is not a dive watch. It has a bi-directional bezel!
what if the rubber dont fit i my wrist is it adjustable
Shaimon Rahman It has an adjustable clasp and also I think you can get different size rubber bracelets.
The rubber enough to fit kingkong hand
Unless ur hand bigger than kingkong
On the instagram page of Rolex it says
40mm

This is not a dive watch! And no diver in sane mind gonna dive with this watch and depends on it for timing
Please watch community lets not fall for this one. Let the rich fools spend on it

You can understand the price because you cannot afford it and second of all you have no class the pun is intended
A glorified sub...
Not my cup of tea
