Can't agree more with the tire thing. You'd be amazed how many people up here in the city drive on flat tires. I think to myself "if I can visually tell your tires are flat, and it's not even my car, how does the driver/owner not notice?" Blows my mind.
@@NathansBMWWorkshop if anything I'm over paranoid about that with my cars. Me: OMG, are my tires flat?! *Checks tire pressure *reads 35 psi Me: Oh, I guess not. False alarm. Better safe than sorry
@@KenMrKLC thank you sir. I took a picture of the emblem on the rear of my e38. It just so happened it's the perfect shape and size to completely fill the avatar. So, that picture is not a stock picture online. It's my actual emblem, and my reflection in said emblem. I also have it as my Xbox Live gamer pic, and it looks really nice blown up on a big screen in 1080p.
I cross-connected my frayed jumper cables while standing in a puddle of rusty water from the heater core, and had a vision of L Ron Hubbard and Joseph Smith wherein I was commanded to bring multi-level marketing to the masses! Who wants to get it on this while the iron is hot?
Hey Nathan, Sorry to bug you again, but today I took the misses E46 330 to work and the cluster lit up like a christmas tree, I got a DSC light and an orange BRAKE light at the same time, followed by an audible chime. I did some research and am seeing it could be wheel speed/steering angle sensors, I did check the brake fluid as well, it is topped up (though that doesn't mean the sensor isn't faulty) Just wanted your input as to what you most commonly see is the issue... Great video, as always! -Rob
HELP PLEASE!! I watched your video on deleting the CCV valve and I'm confused I have a 99 528I and there's a video of yours where you bypass it going right to the back of the crank case and then there's a video where you just plug everything off.. I want to know which one is better because I attempted the bypass with the single hose to connect it right in the back of the crank case but I can't find the correct place to plug it in will you please help me I am nine months pregnant and I need my car to be operable so I can make it to the hospital if I need to and I can't afford to take it in to a shop
Hey Nathan great video as always I was wondering if you can check out my comment on your last video about thing to know before buyin a e39 5-series it would mean a lot thanks

I once shorted my positive terminal to the body with a wrench and had visions of Fred G Sanford and the pearly gates.

I used to drive an e39 5 series and I had similar issues when my traction control module went out. It was about $1k just for the part.
Good tips Nathan.
Excellent advise! 👍
We think alike on your tips. Always checking for leaks and tire gage in all my vehicles. Great informative video Nathan.
Well I think I need to start appealing to a bigger audience, and I didn't think a bikini try on video wouldnt of worked out , so I did this one lol
Good stuff there
I mistakenly did the first thing you mentioned. Luckily I caught it right away. The handle on the jumper cables were getting hot already.
Hot wires are always a dead give away.
Awesome tips Nathan... I Concur 100%
Good tips
To ge rid of the water in the tank from time to time put some spirit in it to mix with the water and burn.
I use that 99 cents gas dry to do the same. Gasoline attracts moisture.
I'm 140k into original spark plugs....should I just wait till they fail before risking to replace them at this point?
I used to let cars run out of gas all the time as a teenager 😉
Good tips already knew but good for beginners
Great advice. Thanks.
Great video. No skid plate e46 here!!
what better person to make this video ..
