      Not for me. My trackpad's window switcher broke down soon after updating to 11. Also, a lot of customization features were removed in the original switch from 10 to 11, such as moving the taskbar to left/right/top, resizing it, etc. Made my Windows experience terrible. Ended up switching to macOS for good.

      but you still cannot deny windows 11 uses extra 2gb ram than windows 10 on average, i will stick with win 10 until it reaches out of support and buy a new laptop in 2025 since my 7920hq doesnt support win11 for some reason

    Started using a MacBook Air in 2016. There was a bit of a learning curve, but the laptop and my experience has been going strong even after so many yrs. Still have not figured out many things in Mac OS, it’s file manager is not as robust as Windows (my biggest sore point with it), but boy is it stable and headache free! Serves my fairly moderate requirements. Before that, I used to run circles around a Windows system as a youngster, but since migrating to the Mac, I’ve largely mellowed down and turned from a nerd to a straight consumer, satisfied with a product as long as it works and does not give headaches. But still kind of miss the ubiquitous-ness of Windows and the ability to have workarounds for just about anything. But more than happy with the safety and smooth user experience the Mac gives me.

    • @lesand5484
      @lesand5484 Рік тому +5

      using MacBook for work and a windows laptop privately, I can only agree to the file manager issues. Overall, however, Mac gives me much more headaches than my Windows machine. I find the UX to be very inconsistent. Sometimes I have to go to the top bar, sometimes it can be done with a right click - sometimes copy and paste works as excpected, but in some browser applications it suddenly doesn't. These kind of annoyances ruin the Mac experience for me.

    Nice summary Bro.
    I quite like Tab features in Explorer 📂 and Notepad 📒.
    I wish Microsoft would make Word like Excel with Tabs so you can save all your letters to different Tabs!
