I've been working out with your video for 6 months and I can say that thenx is the channel that changed my life. I can now do things I never thought I could (L-sit, elbow lever, pull ups....) I have goals and a new motivation that also shows up in other parts of my life. So thank you Chris!! The muscle up is definitely on my list although now I'm working on the handstand
Chris heria is the youtuber who changed my life. I started off anorexic not being able to do a single pullup dip or pushup in 2017, 51kg got bullied for being a stick a sad weak 14 year old boy. Fast forward 4 years in 2021 my 'friends' who bullied me for being skinny now ask me for help. Although I can't muscle up (I suck at skill work lol) I've managed to get to a 43kg weighted pullup paused (chin over the bar) and a paused 46.5kg weighted dip (elbows below 90 degrees) at 160lb bodyweight, and a 180kg trap bar deadlift. Although that isn't the best progress for 4 years, I was on and off but each time I'd see this dude upload or post on Instagram I'd get so fired up and just push myself to keep going. Thank you for changing my life brother.
Using the bands has really helped me get closer to the goal. I bought a green, purple, black and red through the thenx store. A year ago, I could not get up even with a green & purple. Now, I can get up and over with a purple & red. Still working on just the purple. I'm 62 and this has been my goal since finding Chris Heria about 2 years ago. Like others who follow him have said, Chris Heria changed my life.

Great exercise. Definitely gonna try this one!! In my opinion it could lead to great results if combined with some structured meal plan. Last week I took a plan from site called dietarize (I think i spelled it correctly). I'm already noticing solid results. The best thing is I don't have to go to the gym and I can eat food I like. 😘😘

I always try to do a couple of muscle ups every time I go to the gym, and yesterday it felt like im improving in them. So happy.
Muscle up was the fist exercise that made me feel like a true calisthenics athlete and motivated me to start a UA-cam channel.
