I was your newest follower/subscriber and I watch your videos all day long for a week now. There's no calisthenics parks near me, either I can't afford to buy a pull up bar to practice my pull up, I'm also lack of money but I'm very enthusiast doing calisthenics help me
My muscle-up used to be so slopy as hel, like fr! but after 5 months of consistency and discipline, I'm able to do a mid-clean muscle-up. It's ok when you start, even with bad form. It's part of improving. Ty Chris Heria!
Two things I could add that just assisted me to get the muscle up today is: to keep the scapula engaged even at the dead hang part, and to flex the ABS as hard as you can.
I learned the muscle uo 3 weeks ago, but i was kipping, a friend of mine told we it's a bad idea i should learn it with a band but without kipping. I started with about 2 reps with a 15kg band, now i can do 2 reps with a 5kg band, i'm so damn proud
Marc Steubing still waiting for you to complete one full rep. You Had a period of about one month where are you did some pretty good pause benchpress reps. Those are the only times I’ve ever seen you do a full rep. Quit being such a ego lifting cross dressing wimp
