    guga I'm in the process of making the meatballs that blew my friend's tastebuds.
    what you need is...
    1 pound of ground beef
    1 pound of ground pork
    1 pound of ground chicken
    250 grams of home-ground diced bacon (you can use a meat grinder or pessary aka mortar and pestle)
    250 grams of home-ground diced ham
    1 bell pepper minced (done with the gadget with the pullstring guga often uses)
    2 onions minced
    1 half leek minced
    2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
    1 tablespoon smoked paprika
    1 tablespoon chicken stalk powder
    1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon of course ground black pepper
    mix it all in well and leave it in the fridge overnight so the flavors infuse well.
    then make balls about tennis ball size and fry until crusty note the balls will still be partly raw inside.
    for best further taste infusion leave the balls in the fridge overnight but this is optional but recomended.
    then move to a saucepan add butter and a twigg of rosemary but remove before anything else goes in and bake the balls add paprika onions cherry tomatoes and garlic and bake well then add about 4 shot glasses of cognac and set alight if you want to make a show of it! (optional! - firehazard!!)
    put the lid on add water if the fluid level drops and leave for 30 minutes and move your balls each 5 minutes and your 5 meat meatballs are done!
    maybe an idea for the channel?
    I should have said on top ''to make it is super easy!''
    for hot balls add spicy soft choriso to the ground meat mix about 250 grams and up the red pepper flakes to 1 tablespoon.
    the ground chicken is way more tacky than the other ground meats the end result is a ball that is more ferm than normal if you are a fan of the grainy slightly fall appart balls then leave the chicken out and add breading and 1 egg.

    Is it marinate or marinade in a sentence?
    Marinade is the noun that refers to the mixture, marinate is the verb meaning to soak in a liquid marinade. Something can be marinated because you used a marinade sauce to marinate it. “Use a spicy marinade to marinate the chicken before cooking it.” Aside from the grammar that was just making me go whacky, what a great recipe. I can't wait to try it out. Thank you Guga.

      Carnivores don’t eat bread. Anthony Chaffee and Shawn Baker are the carnivore goats

      all he did was make a marinade put it on the meat and cook it really

    • @ColinGrym
      @ColinGrym 2 місяці тому

      @@drseanpatrick696 By your definition carnivores aren't a thing. Even obligate carnivores (the "most" carnivorous creatures, also known as hypercarnivores) are defined as animals that eat meat as 70% or more meat in their diet with the rest being plants, fungi, etc. Guga's cooking centers around meat, so it's cooking for carnivores.

    • @drseanpatrick696
      @drseanpatrick696 2 місяці тому

      @@ColinGrym Humans who do carnivore don’t eat bread, vegetables, fruit, fungi etc. neither do carnivorous animals in the wild. If Guga was doing carnivore himself and his recipes where for carnivores he wouldn’t be plump and the foods wouldn’t have carbohydrates.

    • @ColinGrym
      @ColinGrym 2 місяці тому

      @@drseanpatrick696 Google "obligate carnivore". Read about their diets, which can be up to 30% non-meat to still be the "most" carnivorous. If you wish to argue about the definition of "carnivore", you may do so with zoologists and other experts. I, on the other hand, will go with their scientifically accepted definition (which I provided), and continue to watch Guga vids instead of arguing further.

    Just a heads up. As of 4/22/24, You have the “fine” gochugaru linked in the description. You appear to use coarse in the video. The fine one is a powder that gives a totally different gritty grainy texture to the sauce that is very undesirable.
    Unfortunately I bought it prior to noticing. Anyone else looking to replicate, I recommend searching Amazon yourself and using the term “coarse” in the search.

    Have you tried the Underwood Sriracha sauce? They were the exclusive supplier of chilies to Huy Fang for many years. Then they were the major supplier. Now companies have parted ways. Huy Fang has lost quality since then. Yet Underwood to me is now better since they are more like the old sauce not the new sweeter, tamed, inconsistent sauce.

    Tip and tricks to not burn 🔥 your hands while working with pulled pork. Put on heavy duty thick gloves 🧤/gardening gloves . Then slide over the top with the latex gloves . This way you protect your hands from the heat and the latex gloves you can just pull off when your done to keep your heavy duty gloves clean 🧼 😊
