We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Beautiful home, but can’t believe a home of this size does not have a large kitchen pantry. Deal breaker for sure!!!
I agree, the one mistake in the design is the kitchen - which is a big part of the appeal of the home.
In addition to the lack of pantry, when the put the island too close to the stove, fridge, etc it really is problematic. If you've ever cooked with someone else in the kitchen, you'll be running into each in these tight spaces. Or heaven forbid someone open the dishwasher and leaves it down. They just needed to add a pantry and push that island out 1 foot.
It’s ridiculous that they don’t have one.
Put a pantry in the empty space or where the wet bar is I stead

I do love these Deer Valley homes! There is a lot of thought in the floor plan and colors. Just beautiful. I would like to see a coat closet and pantry.
Chance, the way u present your videos is just awesome. Keep up the good work. I have been watching them since you started. I can Honestly say that there has not been one time that I didn't smile/laugh during one of them. You make them very pleasurable, comical and enjoyable to watch/listen them . I think I speak for many that we couldn't wait for our favorite parts of them. Mine are the UTILITY room and the PANTRY party dance!! This is one more beautiful home! Love love love that fireplace! The woodwork is spectacular! I know it’s June, but this is one of those homes I would like to see dressed up for Christmas.
The crown and base is great. Like the 5-6”
I'd get this home in a heart beat. It is 90% perfect. I'd change out the electric stove in the kitchen. The fire places are perfect and the room sizes are great.

In the master bathroom the lady’s sink should be the one with the best lighting! Also in my opinion they need an option for a bidet! Oh and don’t forget having the on/off shower controls right at the opening to the shower area.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the living area, the built-ins, the porch, and the master bathroom with the tub.

Wow, love the country style look, chance is the best tour guide ,love the kitchen but really love lazy Susan's in the corners I had them in my home yrs ago, wow love porch off the dinning area ,this home is beautiful.the rooms are great size,love the main bedroom nice walking closet, oh wow wait it's his and her sink areas oh I like that better, love it love it.i would have this home if available in the high desert areas of rosamond california.thanks chance

Not too crazed about the floor plan. I am already thinking of other ideas for this home. But as far as the master bath, if the man don't ask the lady which side she wants; then I can guarantee you she will pick the back vanity across from the shower. Other then that it's a beautiful home❤

I really like this home overall. The only misses for me are no coat or linen closets and no pantry. Not even a space for an extra freezer.
I really like the bathrooms and bedroom closets. No wire racks are a definite plus.

Hey Chance, you need to create a sign or placard with all of your standard caveats regarding price so you can just hold it up before presenting the suggested price of them home in question. "Chance's Caveats" save you some breath at the end of the video.
Whatever happened to the FULL triple wides and not just triple wide sections? Are they too expensive to manufacture?
What other siding options do you have? I hate plastics and metal. Do you have wood or even cement fiberboard?
Beautiful home. The small sections of plank flooring just ain’t doin it, they need to be regular planks. Just don’t look right.
Chance!! Where's the PANTRY!! IN THIS HUGE HOME. I'm not fond of the big window look in these showers lately.

I like the dining area but I hate the dark trim and I am not a fan of the dark wood in the living room and fireplace area. I would also like to see 9 ft. ceilings. I heard you say it has 9 ft ceilings but it does not seem like it. Maybe the dark beams make the ceilings look lower. Also the kitchen has not pantry.
it's looks like the Tahoe, but a Reverse layout
The home is nice. The 2 things that I don't like is that the master bedroom is right in between the living room and kitchen. There's no privacy. I have noticed many of these homes have these same setups. I prefer the MB to be away from these rooms. The other thing I dislike is that the bathroom in the hall has no window. I do like the kitchen.
Is the fireplace optional
The housr is nice, til You get to the "Master Bath. Y they put 2 vanities like that?
