Ingredients
600ml of whipping cream
1/4 Cup of sugar
500 Grams of mango
1 Can of sweetened condensed milk

I made this today you don't even need to add sugar, it tastes delicious without it. I just used a tablespoon of pomegranate molasses and it gave it such a delicious kick.

I just used you're recipe
I had to substitute the mango for strawberry but it still came out great!..so far
Still need to wait tomorrow for the final results but so far so good!
can't wait to try this out with other fruits or whatever I find around the house!

If you have an industrial-strength juicer, you can feed sections of frozen mango through it. What comes out the end where the fibre comes out when juicing apples and so on is a thick creamy-consistency mango "icecream".

Yeah. I'm not sure why extra sugar is being added. Usually the sweetened condensed milk makes it plenty sweet enough and gives the right texture during freezing...

Is there an alternate way to make icecream besides sweetened condensed milk? I've tried it a few times now and it makes the icecream too heavy or thick or something and the taste is really weird compared to regular icecream. Is there are way to make "fluffier" icecream that tastes more like the kind you buy? Or I guess, soft serve?
