Yeah, 8 guys all get beaten....really believable. They had guns. Why didn't they just shoot Bruce instead. Kinda like that scene in Indiana Jones shooting that sword man with total contempt. If I were the gang boss I woukd have ordered those stooges to be shot for being so stupid and ineffective.

@@benjaminA.stantonpunYeah no martial arts can beat firearms except firearms in the hands of a fool. Anyone can hold a gun but not everyone knows how to use it. Similarly with martial arts. It's not a guarantee to win but you got to use some wits. That's how you win, and or more importantly defend yourself and your loved ones against one or more armed attacker especially if the armed attacker is wielding not just a knife but also a gun.

@@seanmetro3496 Maybe it wasn't an accident. Bruce Lee's best director friend died unexpectedly. Bruce Lee died unexpectedly. Bruce Lee's son, also a martial arts star, died unexpectedly. His son died in filming. The killer loaded the prop gun and another actor didn't know how to shoot him during filming. When Bruce Lee had a headache and was in a coma, a woman called his friend to come first, and then his friend sent him to the farthest hospital. This series is like a conspiracy.

Fight scene actually more realistic then a lot of movies today. Those nunchucks really can lay multiple people down quick like that in the right hands. As for them coming in on at a time, they were taking orders from that fat guy and in most fangs, if you don't do what your told, your dead so I guess they rather face getting knocked out by a guy that can tell is not trying to kill them verses facing whatever their boss will do

While guys like Jacky, Jet and Donnie moved to a regular set of rhythm, Bruce broke the rhythm and changed the tempo at will. If martial artists were music, Jackie, Jet and Donnie were Disco, Funk and Rock n Roll while Bruce was Jazz.

@@Highgear145 ask Steven Segall ;) Im not saying Bruce wasnt into martial arts. Btw its called Jeet kun do, i read his books, and i met some of his personal students like Dan Inosanto. and heres the thing. Bruce had 1) a big ego and 2) a way of overestimating himself. Theres a documentary about it and how a stuntman kicked his ass on set cause he was ex military and smirked at some of bruces ideas that were just idiotic combat wise. And yes some of bruces ideas in his books sound smart until you realise they dont work in an actual fight. I give bruce credit where its due, jkd was the birth of MMA after all, but Bruce never succeeded anywhere as a fighter, unlike say chuck norris who actually won tournaments en masse and according to chuck who sparred a LOT with Bruce, Bruce was enthusiastic but not good which is why chuck won all their sparring matches and thats despite Karate being pretty shitty as a fighting system.

If you think bruce won against chuck look at their stats. Chuck not only has legit world champion titles but is also about 30 kilos heavier and a few cm taller than bruce, giving him all the advantages.
