Hilarious, and Bruce Lee puts on such a great show. Can't say I've seen a martial artist that can deliver like him on the big screen. I wish he was still with us today.
Yes, Bob Walls' movements seem very stiff and limited in terms of his hip flexibility, compared to Bruce, who makes it look so easy, though of course we all know the insane training he put himself through
think about it though. everything is feasible/valid. everything is possible. just like anything. become a master by practice. but I feel he was martial arts. his life was devoted to it. and same in any other field. playing piano etc. I think it would be stretch to say anything he did is not humanly possible. its possible. but dam well difficult. requires discipline. only discipline that someone bruce lee have. ok sure was individuality in there too. and supernatural elements. but don't think there's that in every individual? everyone have eye of the beast. they just practicing enough to obtain it.
I like that Bruce utilizes grappling, takedowns and some fancy boxing footwork in this scene. Bruce was far ahead of his time compared to other martial art movies.
Bruce irl practiced western boxing more than anything else. He was a big believer in being able to well. He’d condition his fists by punching gravel in buckets. You can see old footage of him bare knuckle punching a heavy bag like it’s nothing. He only weighed 130 pounds but he was powerful.
Silly as some of the choerographed fight scenes are, you have to say I dont think there has ever been another martial artist who could kick with the speed of a punch like Bruce Lee could. His speed and fitness were phenomenal.
Bruce Lee lighten double kick to Robert Wall hand and face made Bruce Lee a Legend. The only man that can perform that lighting speed double kick. Nobody even today hasn't came close to attempt to do it.

As a scrawny, awkward, unatheletic, Chinese kid with thick glasses in the 70s, I loved Bruce Lee's movies. Watching a skinny Chinese kicking everybody's ass was a cathartic experience for someone who was always bullied in school by the bigger boys. But now, seeing these clips as an adult (senior citizen, actually), I can't help thinking how crude these films were, and how much more sophisticated Hong Kong cinema is these days. That being said, I must admit, I still love watching Bruce in action.
Albert, I too had a lot of bullies growing up. I was also scrawny awkward and unathletic. A high school teacher approached me and invited me to study ITF Taekwondo at his studio. When I started blocking the bullies's strikes, and redirecting their attempts to push me against lockers etc so they would themselves hit the locker, they eventually stopped bullying me. :)
@@MrOnion-js1ls I remember reading an article that said Bruce was aware of how crude the movie looked compared to Hollywood features, so he didn't want it released in the States. Bruce lee was the best fighter of all times
Bruce lee the greatest martial artist of all time. Nobody will ever be as good as him.
I agree with you not even Michael Jai white could stand a chance against Bruce Lee I don't care if you Michael Jai White fans out there say that he's better than Bruce Lee he never will be and I say if you believe that then why don't you put your money where your mouths are
facts
Whang In Sik.....one of the best kickers in Hong Kong cinema. Doesn't really show his best kicks here but I always loved how quick and precise he was.
This has always been my favorite Bruce Lee movie - decent story, funny in so many ways, but it really, really showed the incredible speed and strength of Bruce and his style and range of fighting. And this scene - poor O'Hara got his cocoas crushed twice, ha ha ha!
Agreed and to cap it off, the single greatest martial arts 🥋 fight scene ever!
@@4411825 If you're referring to the next fight scene between Bruce and Chuck Norris - I absolutely agree! It's 50 YEARS OLD now and STILL the best fight sequence ever filmed!
@@kdub607 Yes👍 the location, build up, tension, skill and legendary status of the combatants is just pure orgasmic masterpiece 😂!!!
@@4411825 ahhhh! Yes indeed - you nailed it because I didn't mention the other things. Everything about that fight, including the mutual respect, was a thing of beauty. But this fight scene is a main reason I want to go to Rome!!! On my to-do list and would have done it recently if it weren't for damn COVID! Had flight and hotel already paid for to go to Athens - which is a short plane hop to Italy - and had to cancel everything in March 2020. Still upset, but planning again...(digressing) everything about that fight lives rent free in my head 😌
@@kdub607 I encourage friend, I hope you can soon realize that dream of visiting the place where the sequence was filmed, that place must be beautiful
That kick to the first dudes hand was crazy 😨😊
Lightning speed
02:04 speed, strength, flexibility, coordination in a split second. Even today I rarely see this move pulled off like this.
Yeah everything now is cinema illusion. Even Jet Li wasn't as [naturally] fast as the camera made him appear. Natural ability is what made/makes Bruce Lee incomparable!
Only a few have gotten close to Bruce Lee’s talent. Donnie Yen being the closest but unfortunately people only know him for those shitty ip man movies. They don’t know he did a movie in homage to Bruce Lee’s character Chen. I think it was called Fists of the Dragon. Revenge of Chen or something. Donnie is incredible in that. Donnie also trains jiu jitsu just like Bruce Lee did.
@@moustachio334 it was “Legend of the Fist”
Lee¡s kicks are the fastest of all times. Unbelievable!
Hilarious, and Bruce Lee puts on such a great show. Can't say I've seen a martial artist that can deliver like him on the big screen. I wish he was still with us today.

This is where you can see his stance is flawless. Solid yet light footed
Bruce Lee kicks and punches was lightning fast.
I love the kick to the chest at 1.50
Where Bob barely gets the chance to raise his foot. Bruce does it with such ease 😂
Yes, Bob Walls' movements seem very stiff and limited in terms of his hip flexibility, compared to Bruce, who makes it look so easy, though of course we all know the insane training he put himself through
He's not exaggerated. He's actually a superclass fighter and martial artist. Such fluency. Just one movement is enough to defeat all of them at once
Any person who spouts off that man could not fight is under-educated or lying
The roundhouse to spinning heel kick to body roundhouse kick on the Japanese fighter was a work of art and is a practical combo
Hi, dear AB!... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO T R U L Y T R U E WELL SPOKEN ! ! ! BERNIE / GERMANY
@@raingeart1 What do you mean?
think about it though. everything is feasible/valid. everything is possible. just like anything. become a master by practice. but I feel he was martial arts.
his life was devoted to it. and same in any other field. playing piano etc.
Great accessory, i like bruce lee's fighting.
Those sound effects are are crazy😮❤
Such a joy to watch Bruce's fight scenes.
Love these 70s movies and the dubbing and sound f/x only in 70s movies 😂
You’re never trapped when you have Bruce Lee on your side. The opponent is trapped.
Simple fighting real fighting with extraordinary tactics
2:39 Bob couldn’t get up😂 look at his head and back hit the ground 😂
Bruce Lee's early years had tobe encouraged to kick above the waist "that double kick man 😮
I like that Bruce utilizes grappling, takedowns and some fancy boxing footwork in this scene.
Ali was a idol for Bruce float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
Bruce Lee was a best fighter for ever
Bruce has a fast kick
Why did he have to die 😢
2:04, that kick was sick
2:04 That feign front kick is too fast to recover and block!😲
Walking style of bruce is unique & amazing❤
Bruce Lee’s fighting choreography was ahead of its time.
Love this scene of this movie it's the best part of the movie taking on two champions 🥋🙇🏾♂️ R.I.P BRUCE LEE 🐲🐉🐲🐉🐲🐉 the one an only Dragon

BRUCE THE DRAGON WHIPS HIS TAIL! THE GREATEST EVER!
Silly as some of the choerographed fight scenes are, you have to say I dont think there has ever been another martial artist who could kick with the speed of a punch like Bruce Lee could. His speed and fitness were phenomenal.
It better be 11 million views. I'll be mad at you world if you don't give Bruce the love he earned from you. :)
3:13 😂😂😂😂 Bruce’s scream
2:03 GOD❗👍
Go Bruce! What a legend.
Bruce Lee lighten double kick to Robert Wall hand and face made Bruce Lee a Legend. The only man that can perform that lighting speed double kick. Nobody even today hasn't came close to attempt to do it.
Facts💯%
90% of today's fight scenes lack the abilities of most of the performers in this scene.

Bruce Lee was the best of all time. Bob Wall who was punched in the nuts in this fight was a black belt almost as good as Chuck! People think mixed martial arts fighting is better than Jet Kun Do. Bruce Lee started mixing martial arts.
@designatorthegenerator6153 it's easy to see. So crazy super special effects. Even though slightly unrealistic, bur super efficiently timed and can be actually seen to happen in a real fight unlike anything today.

2:33 😩. That kick in the balls, then the punch in the balls!
Jesus F Christ that kick faint at 2:04, Lee's speed was out of this world
It's almost unreal how fast he was
I caught that too I am impressed by it and my eyes for being able to see it. That speed and the feint was bad ass.
Keep in mind this is Bruce at 50-65% speed and power.......... When he is acting 🤗😜
That's brawling, it's not Kung Fu.
Totally insane how amazing that kick is. I’ve watched it thousands if not millions of times since I was a kid and every time I’m just in awe.
Bruce Lee was fluid...just so smooth. True legend.
Simple why he was and is today still now, the best.
Yeah, nowadays it even looks funny at times but for the 70's it's a great movie. It's just that we've come a long way in cinematography.
@@MrOnion-js1ls I remember reading an article that said Bruce was aware of how crude the movie looked compared to Hollywood features, so he didn't want it released in the States. Warner Brothers acquired the rights to it and released it in the States after Bruce's death under the title, "Return of The Dragon " to capitalize on the success of "Enter The Dragon ".

Technique comes technique goes, however, only Bruce Lee's martial arts genius has been captured in celluloid.
No matter how backward they may be Comparable to Iron Man, Superman and all good movies.
That was product with many money, and of course special effect.
However, when Bruce is in action, like Flesh or Superman, he is a Perfect, a well-oiled fighting machine.
One extra ordinary special effects himself.
His punching and kicking speed, with a animalistic -like elegance.
Which is still looking for the same today and cannot find it.
Tang Lung you the entire world loved you, and to this day can not forget.
Rest In Peace my real Superhero !
From 2:40 - 2:45 the straight punch from Bruce Lee to Bob Wall's balls was an all time if not excruciating classic...🤣🤣🤣

Good Lord those kicks were FAST! Even by today's circus kick standards that was amazing. Glad to never be on the wrong end of that first sidekick (or that low-high feint to the face). Ouch!
