This was the first movie that introduced me to the sticks, once I saw them I had to master them. Kept me from actually fighting and gave my knuckles a chance to heal and the scars to fade away. Im grateful in more ways than one.

This was the first movie that introduced me to the sticks, once I saw them I had to master them. Kept me from actually fighting and gave my knuckles a chance to heal and the scars to fade away. Im grateful in more ways than one.

God, I can't believe how much of this movie has been censored over the years. I didn't remember seeing that kick to the kidney before the spinning back roundhouse kick. The sitting down stuff he does too the other guys had a also been censored out of some versions of the film.
I love how deep and manly voices those Chinese guys have.

@@jimmyreece5781 it's called a movie? Bruce never was a Shaolin Monk as is portrayed by that movie (though he is a philosophy major, so he is well qualified to make sayings like that). The real philosophy of JKD if I can recall correctly is _"it is the art of dealing damage"._ It is brute and straight to the point.
