    Great part but why use the 10 mm ball end mill instead, you can use an end mill with a 3-4 corner radius but you can do a lot more surface. Kind regards from Germany

    • @theessexhunter1305
      @theessexhunter1305 Місяць тому +1

      EN is the number given in ww2 for steel n the UK
      Emergency Number
      EN8 is a good mild steel then the higher the number the better quality.

    Awesome , why dont use coolant?

    • @CncFrezar
      @CncFrezar  Місяць тому +2

      Inserts would crack

    • @Dreddip
      @Dreddip Місяць тому

      The use of coolant causes cyclical shock heating and cooling, which causes the insert edges to fracture and chip.
      Also, most inserts used in this type of machining have coatings that get "slippery" at the high temperatures present at the cutting interface that greatly improves insert performance and longevity.

    Hi Sir kindly share to me ,for what reasons is climb milling necessary?

    • @Exce1si0r
      @Exce1si0r Місяць тому

      For a better finish and more tool life, climb milling is more efficient. It removes more heat due to the chip shape and doesn't dig into the part as much.
