hello. why did you cut the outside profile on wire edm ? you couldnt reach the proper tolerances on mill ?
I guess there is a relative positional tolerance between the shape and the pin hole, so made together

Looks like a Seco MiniMaster 45° chamfer mill or an Iscar Multi-Master, but there are many other brands that looks like that too

Коллеги, у меня к вам вопрос: почему при указании режимов резания вы пишете частоту вращения шпинделя(rpm), а не скорость резания(V/c)?
Потому что именно так я ввожу это в программное обеспечение CAM. Хотя соглашусь, что лучше ввести скорость резания
@@CncFrezar на стойке ЧПУ Синумерик, на которой я работаю, нет возможности программировать скорость резания напрямую(параметр SVC) - и поэтому я ввожу вот так(например): S=ROUND(318*(151/($P_TOOLR*2))), где 151 - это скорость резания, а $P_TOOLR - радиус активного инструмента(системная переменная).
