Welcome to my series, Eating from the Larder! We spent all summer and autumn putting up food and we are now enjoying our toil! Each episode is short and sweet, featuring a breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner- made from things we've canned, frozen, or have stored in our pantry. These meals are not necessarily all from the same day, just whenever I get a chance to take out my camera and film what I’m making. It is my hopes that this series inspires you to eat from your own “larder” or “pantry”, even if you don’t have a garden or do your own canning.
In this episode we use up some cranberries frozen at the peak of cranberry season for muffins, make refried beans from scratch, crack open a can of summer salsa, and enjoy biscuits with a big bowl of hearty soup. Cozy up and join me in my kitchen :)

Me too. Just redid my kitchen in a warm plaid brown wallpaper and tan cabinets. Black hardware and a braided rug. Super cozy. I love being in my kitchen so much more now.

your entire channel is so folklore by Taylor Swift vibes, I’m absolutely addicted to it. It’s so calming to watch and it makes my anxiety go away.
It makes me happy to get a peek into a simple, wholesome life so that I can try to encourage a similar way of life in myself.
It costs alot. Just one of those old pottery dishes is over $100 and the linen aprons and dresses cost a pretty penny unless you make them yourself. Very cute though.

Your cranberry and orange muffins look just like the ones my mother would bake. She went home to be with the Lord three years ago, and I miss her every day. It does me good to watch your videos, it reminds me of things I had forgotten. Things like when Mom would bake those just for me when I was sad or had a tough day. Life here on God's green earth is sometimes too short, so cherish the loved ones in your life.

I love the little heart shaped biscuit in the middle of your skillet. I never want to waste any scraps of dough but usually just do a smaller round biscuit. I’m going to try a ♥️ next time!🥰
