    I really appreciate you making this video. I read Mantak Chia"s ' The Six Healing Sounds" books, but actually having a video practice to demonstrate the exercise is really great. Thank you very much. 🥰🥰🥰

    This is a very practical video, and it helps me. I feel relaxed after doing this exercise, and I do it daily. I also brought it to my students and we do it together. I show them some colorful pieces of paper before we focus on each color; it helps them visualize the colors. Thanks!

    Thank you. I found this video about 9 months ago and unexpectedly ended up in hospital the same week. This video was my introduction to the sounds and they served as a lifeline in that crisis. 🙏🏼

    Please note that these exercises/healing sounds can be practiced from a sitting position as well. Check out our new video demonstrating a sitting/seated medical qigong practice with the 8 Brocades. We plan to post this week...if there's a topic on energy medicine that you'd like us to cover please let us know and thank you for watching!

    Well done with the overdubs!
    I'll follow this tomorrow morning.
    This is a little different than the seated Mantak Chia 6-sound set. That was my introduction to qigong. This standing version will make a good complement to what was shown to me by an elder colleage some 30 years ago.
    Glad I found this, tonight.

      Adopt a relaxed posture, spine straight, feet shoulder width apart, sacrum tucked under, and arms slightly apart, like an egg lodged in the armpit.
      Startup by taking slow deep breaths, non forcefully. Abdomen rising upon inhale and falling upon exhale.
      With each breath, imagine clear color entering the associated organ. Upon exhale release sound and notice it vibrating the particular organ.
      In closing, bring the energy back down to the lower dantien, half a hand length bellow the belly button.

    Helio thanks,for the knowledge,can you tell me why there are different types of the siz healing rounds?

    • @TheTruth427
      @TheTruth427  4 роки тому

      Hello Julio, yes there are many different sets of healing sounds based on which teacher or tradition you study. It can be confusing sometimes as every teacher may present differences in the sets of sounds. The sounds I chose are the most common and popular except for the Kidney sound. In this set, I used an advanced 'cancer' tone Yuuuu for Kidney over the more common chui (pronounced chreeeee) which I find less effective. Hope this helps

  • @L6FT
    @L6FT Рік тому +2

    I also sometimes add an encouraging statement to the sound in my head upon inhale:
    Liver (Green), Anger (Shuuu); Encouragement: Forgive, forget, let go.
    Heart (Red), Anxiety (Haaa); Encouragement: Have faith. It'll work out fine.
    Spleen (Yellow), Worry (Whooo); Encouragement: Everything is ok, be here now.
    Lungs (White), Sadness (Sss); Encouragement: It's ok. I am loved.
    Kidney (Blue), Fear (Youuu); Encouragent: I can do this. I'll handle it.

      Yes, this is something you may do on your own. However, legally I do recommend that you consult your medical doctor before beginning any exercise routine!
