Pure Gold as Always. You are like the "Bob Ross" of Functional Fitness and Strength.

I do this while I'm watching tv haha. I like doing a lot of spinal rocks and backwards rolls. It feels good on my spine and hips 😄💪

    Hi Tim,
I was just curious, how often do you use weight? I was watching your interview with Matt Furrey and was wondering if you use absolutely 0 weight. If not, what exercises do you do with weight?

Hey, I go through seasons. Mostly driven out of curiosity and exploration. And sometimes maybe boredom! Currently, I lift very light weights with blood flow restriction cuffs. I’m curious to see if that “does anything “. I have also started playing with X3 bands. The majority of my training currently is running a few sprints 3 times a week. As far as resets go, I am really exploring breathing-that’s the gait way to strength, in my mind. I’ll likely move on or dive deeper in these things as I feel nudged to do so. I’ve no concrete training plans or routines lately. My biggest goal is to keep moving and exploring and learning. Hope this helps

@@OriginalStrengthSystem Got it, yeah I'm becoming more interested in the breathing part of training since I've never really paid attention to it, and I find that it's easier if I use no weights or very light weights. Thanks for the reply!
