For all the people that are thinking oww i never gonna be able to do that, i was one of them 4 months ago and now its easie and specialy its fun and dont say I don't have the time , sit on the floor while you watch tv and do this every day. The first weeks are the worst but trust me its gonna get a lot better .
Hi Tim, I was just curious, how often do you use weight? I was watching your interview with Matt Furrey and was wondering if you use absolutely 0 weight. If not, what exercises do you do with weight?
Hey, I go through seasons. Mostly driven out of curiosity and exploration. And sometimes maybe boredom! Currently, I lift very light weights with blood flow restriction cuffs. I’m curious to see if that “does anything “. I have also started playing with X3 bands. The majority of my training currently is running a few sprints 3 times a week. As far as resets go, I am really exploring breathing-that’s the gait way to strength, in my mind. I’ll likely move on or dive deeper in these things as I feel nudged to do so. I’ve no concrete training plans or routines lately. My biggest goal is to keep moving and exploring and learning. Hope this helps
@@OriginalStrengthSystem Got it, yeah I'm becoming more interested in the breathing part of training since I've never really paid attention to it, and I find that it's easier if I use no weights or very light weights. Thanks for the reply!

Much appreciated!
Tim, great lesson. Thank you.
Great again, thanks!
Thank you.
Welcome!
That wrestling mat is the best for exploring floor movement!
I believe it could be a good dynamic warm-up for wrestling because wrestlers spend a lot of time on the floor.
It really is!

I do this while I'm watching tv haha. I like doing a lot of spinal rocks and backwards rolls. It feels good on my spine and hips 😄💪
And it feels good to feel good!💪
