    Just returned from Bhutan with 2 pounds of fresh and soft Datshi Cheese. I am going to cook this tomorrow. Thank you.

    I'm a Nepali but I'm so much passionate and thinking about Bhutanese dishes to learn and explore. I love so called old way to say "Bhot Burmese cuisine" Nepal, Bhutan, Darjeeling, Sikkim and Assam. Itself "Datchi" is I found unique name. I tested to request a friend from Bhutan. I found it amazingly delicious. Thanks for veriety of Datchi recipe that make on your video. Thank you! Kezang😍😍

    Any alternative for farmer's cheese? Like I have only those American slices available no other variety. Is it ok to skip the farmer's cheese and put more of the slices? PS- will make for 1. qty for 1 person won't be so much

      American cheese can work just fine..if you don't have farmer cheese
