In bhutan we donot add cheese plus there is no kewa in your shakam la. The shakham datshi looks good but where is the kewa you said shakam datshi with kewa

We Bhutanese don’t cook like that.We make sure the meat is well washed and cooked in the pressure-cooker. Nice try though
