The sound options shown in iPhone (iPhone, Speaker, Audio Off) are not available in Ipad version.
The iPad has only two options off or on. It is very low. It should be in loud speaker mode, but it is very low as if we need to keep the ipad in ear and talk like iphone.
It wasn't like this before. My son was unable to attend the online classes properly. We are using Android phone for the audio and mic.
Please let me know if there is any way to fix it. I am having latest ipad OS.

You can have video on while sharing PowerPoint - which is actually cool! You could use the mobile camera to show something AND have a PowerPoint about it at the same time - cool!

How can I change permissions within online meeting (on Ipad) like prevent students from mute others?
I’d have to check specifically with an iPad, but that is an option that the meeting organizer can set.

The meeting organizer can set permissions to. Allow guests. However, for the Team access you need to be added by using an email

after I click on the meeting link, it brought up teams app, and ask me if I want to login, I hit cancel then click the join meeting button,
then I see a screen that asks me to input name and meeting ID, what should I input at this screen? I tried to put the last 14 digits of the meeting URL, but it gave me this error "We couldn't find a meeting with that metting ID" ,
Could you show me the correct way to join a meeting as guest on iOS devices?

I am using a free version of teams, I simple copy the link of a meeting, but there is no meeting ID in it. Is the meeting ID only available in the paid version one?

Quick question: Can I show a video with audio through my iPad? I know you said that it does not work on iPhone but what about iPad. Will it work?
I have another video where I show audio from an iPad - but it’s not direct - you have to go through a computer. They are making a number of changes that I hope will allow iPad audio.

I think the desktop would be best. It’s a little easier and might be a better experience. You can actually use both - the desktop just will have that larger screen and such
How can you share the sound?

Unfortunately, The mobile app only allows you to blur the background - you can’t change the background with a picture and such.
hi frank may i know when i use my team apps on my ipad there is no power point sharing when i click share may i know why?
The iPad and iPhone are limited - so sharing Apps is not quite as easy. I’ve been working on a new video on the iPad and hopefully will release it shortly.

Can you change the background on MS Teams mobile?
You can’t change the background, but you can blur it - for privacy

amd please do it as a antendee not organiser
You can see everyone in a meeting by clicking the little button that looks like two people - this will show a list of all participants. It might be disabled by the Team Organizer, but normally works great.
