edit: just had the meeting! so nope, if you use on mobile you have to install the app. if on site, just open link.

I was wondering if you could come up with some hints and tips on how to use the mobile app in combination with the desktop app. eg how to use the phone for video chat whilst simultaneously using the desktop for example the whiteboard or desktop sharing. What's the best order to do this, what are the gotchas and other things like that. Also, as I have to use multiple tenants how can I use my phone's multiple tenant functionality to help me deciding how to get the relevant tenant open on my desktop (tips on multi-tenant use on the desktop in general might be handy too).

I watched this video from start to finish hoping to find this instruction but there's nothing about this. I'm new to Teams and trying by trial and error. I think you click on "Calendar" which I found in a list of options, it's two items below "Invite to Teams". Then set a date and time for your Teams meeting, then there's the option to invite people. It's not that user-friendly because it doesn't tell you if the invite has been sent successfully, but if the list of participants includes the person you've invited to the meeting, I guess the invite has been sent. I've not had my first Teams meeting yet, I've scheduled it for two days time.
Unless I missed it, I wanted him to go through step by step how to set up a meeting!
There's absolutely nothing about how to set up a Teams meeting. I'm working it out by trial and error. I think the first step is to click on "Calendar" and set time/date, then invite participants.

@@harneetkhurana6069 yes. you may go to the arrow down button beside the leave button. There will be 2 options, leave and end meeting. Choose the latter. Or you may go the ellipsis, you will also see end meeting there.
Thanks for this video... I learnt most of what you mentioned is not as said on my mobile phone. I has nothing like general ,team and when I tried to use calendar to schedule a class for my private students, it doesn't show some of the feature shown here

On the calendar app built in from MS Teams, does it sync with other calendars like for example, default Calendar from Windows 10, Outlook Calendar, Calendar from Android Phones, Outlook Calendar from Office 365(I've heard that this is different from Original Outlook Calendar)? I've been watching your videos and I've learned a lot; and I'd be grateful if you can make a tutorial video where, how, and why Calendar syncing works (Office 365 (personal vs. business), Outlook (IMAP vs Exchange), GMail from Outlook 365 vs. Gmail from Calendar Windows 10). These things really frustrate me a lot ever since I subscribed to (Office 365 personal) and from my university (Microsoft 365 Enterprise). I don't know where to put my calendar events and sometimes when I put it all in the different calendars mentioned, others don't synchronize with other Calendar apps. Thanks in advance, Kevin!

I have a question for when I am inside a channel, and the headers are Post, Files, and More. When I go into files, my company has a template of folders we use. Every time I open Files, they are in a random arrangement, and seem to never be in the same sequence. If there a way to set them to either alphabetize or most recently used?

Whenever I share video using android phone during teams meeting, the audio of that video is not audible to other members in the meeting. Can you help me to sort out this issue? Hey Kevin, for android phone, it looks like we cannot have 2 instamces of teams app. Do you have any workarounds? I tried using browser but teams does not work with chrome or edge browsers on android phone.

Hi Kevin - love your channel. Do you know how to continue listening to a conference call on Teams while the iPhone screen is locked? Conference call goes fine as long as I have the screen unlocked but as soon as I lock the screen (e.g. to put phone in pocket to listen only) the audio stops immediately. Any suggestions?

At us the first thing after installing it was to log in, to use the kind of email & code that was given from university website from where you see your marks at the courses... it was a longer way than simply just install and then here everything is given 😁

Hello Kevin! Quick question about Teams meeting... I am using iOS calendar for my personal and professional uses. I managed to get my Exchange calendar (i.e. work calendar) to appear in the iOS calendar app, but my Teams meetings don't show up (but they are there in the calendar of Outlook app. Is there a way to get my Teams meeting to show up in iOS native calendar app?
