brother the google pixel phones does not have pure stock android. they are added with pixel experience like pixel launcher, pixel camera etc, stock android is basic vanila android which google gives to other manufacture which they put there own experience on top of that, example asus zenfone max pro m2

Android one is also pretty good and fast but with a little flavor from a certain smartphone company like oneplus which has OXYGEN OS that you can tweak/costumize, if you're on an android one or somewhere in middle, it's much better to change smartphone every 2 years..
I had an android one phone of Micromax in 2015, but software problem occurred in it within 6 months. I went to the care center. They re-installed the software. But this software problem started heppen in every month. After that I stopped trusting android one device.
