This is why I am a subscriber! I've done similar things with different launchers, toggle every setting to see what each one does and all the differences between them. It took forever! So having someone do this for you who can explain it way better and especially with something as important as the developer options is just incredible! Thank you!
As far as I know this video is the only video that actually covers each developer option in great detail. This is in my opinion a very important and interesting option that most people aren't even aware of. I always activate developer options in every device I purchase mainly to set the 3 animation settings to (.5) rather than the 1.0 settings usually preset on all phones old or new. I've always been afraid to mess around with any of the other options within developer options until watching your informative video. Thank you so much for showing us all the unbelievable settings in developer options in great detail. No longer afraid to play with developer options anymore.
Some phones, notably the Zenfone 10 i tried recently (but sent back because it might not be OEM unlockable) actually surface the animation scale settings to normal users.
I searched for the exact same thing around a year ago and found no video explaining all...some had explained few options but not every...Never thought I would find it scrolling...Gonna subscribe you Buddy

Using GPU for screen composing is actually a good feature for some older phones, it reduced me lags and my phone actually felt smoother with no extra battery costs.
Facundo Gracias!!! You are always looking out for people in the back.. There is alot of people like me that love tech but dont know much of these settings or even know what they mean. Your videos are the best, and im always looking forward to see what you upload next, now this one is definately a MUST WATCH!!

Every Android device since my Galaxy S7, one of the first things I do is enable Developer Options and change the window, transition, and animator duration scales to 0.5x. I remember blowing my friend's mind when I did this on his newly purchased S21 Ultra and he was amazed by how snappy it made his phone's UI feel.

I must say how hugely thankful i am for this valuable efforts of yours, I was wondering if anyone could ever make video on this and care to explain this deep❤️❤️

Amazing video. I was searching for so long how to use two apps simultaneously in split screen but couldn't find it on my device as compared to the others. 'cause it's a built in feature in some of the new devices. Great video man! Thanks.
My first thing when setting up a new android phone is to enable the developers options and half all the window animations. Always make the process more snappy.
Well done my friend. When I come out with my videos I would like to collaborate with you maybe. Either way man I'm nodding my hat to u. And yes, you're the first one to come out with this kind of video
Great video with much desired information! I would have liked to see this information using a more prolific device. As you mentioned in the video, my device has a number of different settings and I haven't been able to really determine the exact functionality. Keep up the good work!
This is awesome. Though,I had LDAC on the Bluetooth codec section which you said to choose, mine S21 Ultra was set to SBC,you said that's the lowest quality, but it won't let me change to the AAC,or LDAC.,very frustrating.
Awesome video - thanks for the detailed rundown. Just curious, do you know how to restore defaults in the develop options? does turning the developer options toggle to "off" reset everything to the default?
I have a bluetooth speaker that when I changed the volume on my phone, sometimes jumped to a super high or super low volume, and the setting "Disable absolute volume" saved me! Thank you so much for covering these in a video, I always wanted to know what all that toggles and options were for.
Appreciate the hard work men that's what sets you apart from the rest 👌👌👌👌 BTW, that Pixel 5 display is babe 😍😍😍 wish Google would've kept that rounded symmetrical design on the P6 it goes hand to hand with Android's 12 UI look.
Worth noting that SBC is very much dependent on the source of device. It sounds better and video syncs better on my Android phone than it does on my MacBook. On Android, SBC seems to sound better than AAC, mainly because the AAC encoder on Androids isn't good as Apple's. If you have a: - Laptop: Configure them to use AAC, and you'll get no video syncing issues at all. Sound will be better than default SBC. You can also configure SBC with max bitrate and lower buffer packet size (which decreases latency). There are tutorials on it on the web. - Android (Samsung): Use Samsung Scalable Codec (which is default). Pleasantly surprised by Samsung's proprietary codec. Great instrumental separation (indicating high bitrate), and no audible noise/artifacts. Perfect video/audio sync. - Android: Use SBC (which is default), but you may experiment with AAC if you wish. AAC encoder on Android has slightly limited frequency response, but may have better video syncing, and less noise. Every phone is different. - iOS: Use AAC (which is default).
The first thing you mentioned i think is a safety feature for your device - shady people these days are using chargers, charging cables and charging stations (in airports, restaurants, hotels etc) to steal your data or gain unwarranted access to your phone when you think you're charging - - but for them to gain access you have to accept and chose the File Transfer option on your phone.... Making that option automatically chose for you means the instant you connect your phone to those malicious devices you don't know about, they instantly get access to your phone without you noticing.
Is there a way to keep the "Force Dark Mode" on after the phone is rebooted? This setting always resets to off when the phone is powered off or restarted.
Would like to mention that log buffer size isn't related to the microphone but rather the size of the system logs that you get with the ADB logcat command The larger the buffer the more content you can see at once on the log
So should it be low or higher? I heard from some youtuber that it can help in gaming some how like pubg where we can voice chat. My phone is on 4M by default should I choose 16M or go lower than 4?
That first one is actually a security feature. Your device should not transfer files unless you authorise it. Otherwise anyone could grab your phone and look at your homework folder. And there's a huge difference between AAC and APTX.
You can easily reset it to default if you have a pc with adb Just connect your phone with USB Debugging enabled and type in "adb shell wm density reset" You can replace the "reset" with whatever value you want
