I see as girls get older the number one issue is no one ever taught them how to dance with the pitcher. Sure when the pitcher is throwing 50-55 they are “on time” but as the speeds increase they don’t adjust and continue to load at the same point they do with 55 mph pitching. Or they try to speed up their swing and then the pitcher will win because the batter is now out of their rhythm. A good video would be to go in-depth on how to get in rhythm with a pitcher. To learn how to dance…

Been working on your system for several months with my 11 year old daughter. She is the queen of tee, soft toss, front toss and machine. Kills it. But when games come around, her swing totally breaks down. Doesn't matter if it's high velocity or low velocity. She still hits, but nothing like in practice. I almost wonder if she doesn't trust it. She is frustrated because she puts in the work. Gonna show her this video.
