Thanks again for sharing your experiences as you progress in this hobby, you're very inspiring to me. You have a great personality and screen presence, too 🙂 I would love it if you could do a short video on how to install and configure string(s) of lights the way you did here. All the best and much success to you!
Man you have such an underrated channel sir! I would LOVE if you had a tutorial on the lights, that was amazing to see! Any tips on how you painted it either? Much love
Thank so much. I really want to dig into some of what I do a bit more and the thinking behind it. I realize more every day that I should have been an enginner.. LOL. Thanks for all the comments !
Yes plus the paint does not stick extremely well to the body. You have to lightly sand the surface prior then do not handle for 24 hours or more for the paint to fully cure. But yes. Most of my scratches came from crashes. Lol. I had about 4 total that day. 😅
I don't paint my FT models until I get a few good flights from them. After the flying your Tutor with the Turbo Wing I suggest you build the FT Simple Stick... I think you'll love the Stick.
Thank so much, I understand about painting. cover the scratches with the paint. I will take a look at the simple stick.. I may have downloaded the plans for it already.
How long did it take to put it all together from start to finish. I've been considering purchasing this as my initial intro into RC planes, but I'm a little worried it might take more time to build than I have available atm.
Taking my time it took about 10 hours to build. I was really careful to make sure all my corners were squared. Ant it was only my 2nd build ever. So you can do it faster even as a beginner I believe.
@@CaptainFishbones I hear you.. I love this plane.. so Im not working on desigining my own that is a very similar platform. I may do a cross with the legacy but we will see. Thanks again so much!
Because of your video I am going to purchase the Tutor. Thank you for all the info.
Thanks so much! I’m sure you will love it!
