Its not required if 2.9.0 is working for you but I plan to update. I would check the version out on the Get Hub and see if the new version fixes a bug for you or if it adds functionality that is beneficial to you. I would do so regularly just to stay in practice and to know what new features there are an if they are useful. I just do not want to get too far behind. I plan to update my radios the latest version as there has been updates. I will try to do another video on it in the future.

I did try but was initially unsuccessful. I believe I may know why but I haven’t had a chance to attempt it again. I was just thinking about it again the other day. I will try to get a video up on it soon even if it’s to share my failure. Thanks for asking and watching. 👍🏾

@creativealtone OK. Looking forward to when you post/share your findings. I wired mine using the instructions in the manual - mode switch works, AIL, ELE all work but the gyro doesn't doesn't get activated. EDIT: Finally got the gyro to work with the single serial connection : I had to set the ER6 receiver type to SBUS (not CRSF).

Sounds like you’re looking for common basic radio walkthrough for a radio. If you fly any any ready to fly plane in mode 2 your control sticks perform the same. This video is mostly for people who have flown planes and drones before but would like to see what a RadioMaster Radio has to offer as far as settings. I will try to do a video soon with the absolute basics on these radios. Thanks for your comment. This helps me make helpful videos in the future.

I do not trust the Manufactures C rating. That is why I tested different batteries in this car. it didn't seem to make a difference.

Truy Glad to help. i would say, you most likely do not need to update or make any changes until your ready and understand what to change. Also spend some time reading on EdgTX Get hub. Most of the info I share I get directly from there. I may be updating to 2.10.2 soon. I will try to share a vid on it when I do. Thanks so much for watching!

Thats great.. At least you did try it. I was into Computers so that is the path I took. years of electronics in and out of the military, certifications then IT manager for many years. It's nice to be able to scratch this itch..lol. My wife says my interests change.. she just doesn't know about the ones I had well before we met.
