- The father of Manchester terror attack victim Saffie Roussos has paid tribute to his "stunning" daughter.
Andrew Roussos told the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire programme Saffie was a "huge character", on what would have been her ninth birthday.
He said he wanted her name and images to be remembered through the media, as it was what she would have wanted.
Saffie was one of 22 people killed in a terror attack after an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena in May.

after it all happened I read an article that showed the victims faces. I don't know any of them, I'm not even from england but once in a while I think about them and hope they're fine.. wherever they are. there are probably hundreds of thousands of people like me all over the world, praying for your child. KittensX A report into the response by fire fighters this week shows that they were delayed from arriving on the scene for 2 hours. The reason for this was because there was no actual bomb.
The first interview broadcast was of a mother and child who left early but were told by security that they couldn't enter the foyer. This was before the so called bomb exploded. Then someone shouted at her ruuun which is how the panic started which then resulted in people getting injured in the ensuing confusion.
The same security team were used for the vigil despite their performance having been heavily criticised.

Sadly most people who are severely injured by these attacks have years to fully recover. Someone in my area (I'm from the States) was gravely wounded in the attack in Las Vegas and they said that this person probably will have years before they fully recover both physically and emotionally.
