The day after the attack, I was on my way on a residential visit with my school near Manchester, and we were supposed to go to Manchester as one of the trips. My mum didn't tell me what happened, and I ignored the news in the morning so I didn't know what was happening and everyone had been talking about it. I was so confused.

It broke my heart when I heard the last boy talk and see how he is worried at his young age about whether he is going to be able to literally just live somewhere because of somebody elses actions. He shouldn't have to worry about that, the only thing he should be thinking about are his school grades and his friends ! No child should have to live like that 💔

Massive RIP to everyone who lost their lives in this attack. Two of my close college friends went to this and hearing about it absolutely shook me and left me feeling numb and confused. I just learned that my old history teacher in y8 (now I’m in y9 going into y10 in September) wife used teach the terrorist’s brother English when he was in school! She said her was a nice lad.
One day sir told us he went to a bus stop near his house and saw the terrorist but back then he only knew him as the student that my wife teaches so of course he said hello and the other guys said hello and while they were having a conversation sir said he saw the guy holding a suitcase and asked about it and apparently the guys said it was clothes for a trip and sir said he didn’t think it was suspicious until he felt vibrations in his house and when he went outside the neighbors windows had cracked.
I was so shocked knowing the terrorist and his bro were nice dudes! And that my own teacher spoke to them before the attack.
But there is no way he could’ve known.🥺😭
