Stick your legs in and wrap the bar around the back of your knees, then hook in your feet at the top bar, you can relax and let go and go totally upside down. Hang there. Stretch it out. Getting off? @@vladgubskiy4437 I’m 23. I know it wasn’t a growth spurt as I didn’t get any taller pretty much after turning 16. For about the first 2 months, I did this daily, and I actually doubled the time for everything to make it a ten minute routine. After the first two months, I started doing it more like every other day but I overloaded some of the exercises with weights and varied the resistance with bands. Now, I generally do this as a warmup on any day I’m working my back, sometimes shoulders, still doubling the time. That probably gave me two inches. What got me to the full three inches of growth though truly I think was doing Jeremy’s pelvic tilt routine on top of this, which I also progressively overload. I only started doing that about three months ago and I was only doing it daily for one month. Now I just do it as a lower body warmup. Good luck, give it a try!
@@rationaloptimist5747 bad posture, but not terrible. I had nerd neck and a slight rounding of the shoulders. So for people who are actually hunched over imagine how much height they could gain if I gained 3 inches coming from not the worst position. Beyond the height what is more valuable is that I was carrying so much pain without knowing. I move so much better now.

This stuff is not fake and should not be considered overblown. After doing stretches and workouts. While seeing a chiropractor I ended up being 5'11" 1/2. After being 5'9" 1/2 for awhile. When I use to be 5'10" in High School.
@@FirstnameLastname-ty1qd I don't fucking know man. What are you trying to get at? There are lots of reasons, part of the issue as well was posture and neck. With adjustments and correct posture alignment it changed proper posture allowing things to naturally get in order without pain, or push against properly being at full height.

I'm 57 and a few years ago I noticed in pictures that I was starting to get the "old man hunch". So I really started to focus on my posture. Besides exercises like this I put little signs in my apartment and house that say "Straighten Up". Once you start slouching it just gets worse and it really effects your energy and outlook. People noticed right away and many comment that I look and act younger and I certainly feel that way.
This absolutely true! I also "grew" or reclaimed my actual height from 179 to 182... I do not think I will be able to get the 6ft... but doing these exercises regularly, in combination with the rounded back and 5 min daily stretch, helps me stay pain free on my 12h-16h on the computer a day (work, games & movies) Great quality content... but the almost disasterous banana scene is my favourite

I did not even think I had any until my therapist told me. You find good stuff on this here as well... but of course.... go to a professional and so on...
these excersises are great . after doeing a set of all these in between work i even find it hard to lean forward in my chair , my back seems to support itself like and i dont need to lean back into the backrest . My neck/back doenst hurt because i have to manualy force myself to sit up straight . thats after one day of doing the exercises . cant wait for the results after a month or so . Great motivation to keep doing these daily .
Im 21yo and all theese year's i haven't worked out for more than a month and I've never done something to unlock my full potential. Great tips Jeremy!! I started eating healthy and exercising and It really improved my mental and physical health. I didn't know anything about meal planning and optimal food choices so I searched it on the internet. I found good fitness plan on Next Level Diet and it was super helpful for me back then as it gave me good insights about calories and nutrients. There are many similar things now, you can find something for yourself. Good luck!

Thank you for this video. I've had RA since I was a teenager and I managed it over the years, but now in my mid 30's I've had posture issues. It haunts me for many reasons, but a big reason was my girlfriend, at the time, said to me: "Have you gotten shorter?". I remember we stood side by side and I clearly was shorter than her compared to when we first dated 2 years prior. She broke up with me a week later. I can't help but think my worsening posture was a major catalyst for this. I use this terrible and sad memory as motivation to work on myself and fix this posture issue. I've used credible videos on YT since November of 2021 and have noticed positive changes, but after following your video consistently for the last two weeks I have felt much better results. Definitely gonna start doing this. Been noticing my resting position is a lot more slouched lately due to sitting down a lot more than I use to. I have to study a lot more this year on top of regular things so sitting less isn't really an option. Thanks for this, definitely gonna be helpful as they have never been really bad but I've always had mild problems with my back throughout most my life, so finally doing something to fix them is definitely gonna help 😅 I'm roughly 6'2 so I don't really need anything in terms of height, I just really need a better posture than what I currently have

These exercises are quite helpful for posture correction, also known as Yoga. Very good job on explaining how to do them and what to pay special attention to, found it very helpful even though i've been doing yoga stretches for a while already. Except during thoracic rotations you should inhale while rotating the ellbow up, not exhale.

This is an exceptionally well explained video, whilst PT's I've paid over the years have to a lesser degrees trained me in some of these exercises they have never explained the "why" as well as Jeremy, he filled in a lot of gaps. I'm not keen on distance training, but really considering signing up for his app, if he was local I'd hire him in second.

You can find all sorts of posture correction routines on UA-cam, but this is the first one that has my whole back feeling like jello. lol... I'd say every inch of my back was fully engaged in one way or another

Thank you for this video. I've had RA since I was a teenager and I managed it over the years, but now in my mid 30's I've had posture issues. It haunts me for many reasons, but a big reason was my girlfriend, at the time, said to me: "Have you gotten shorter?". I remember we stood side by side and I clearly was shorter than her compared to when we first dated 2 years prior. She broke up with me a week later. I can't help but think my worsening posture was a major catalyst for this.
I use this terrible and sad memory as motivation to work on myself and fix this posture issue. I've used credible videos on YT since November of 2021 and have noticed positive changes, but after following your video consistently for the last two weeks I have felt much better results.
I'm going to continue this routine for another three months and I'll comment again with an update. Thank you so much, Jeremy. I really appreciate what you do and you're helping so many people with these videos.

Definitely gonna start doing this. Been noticing my resting position is a lot more slouched lately due to sitting down a lot more than I use to. I have to study a lot more this year on top of regular things so sitting less isn't really an option. Thanks for this, definitely gonna be helpful as they have never been really bad but I've always had mild problems with my back throughout most my life, so finally doing something to fix them is definitely gonna help 😅

These exercises are quite helpful for posture correction, also known as Yoga. Very good job on explaining how to do them and what to pay special attention to, found it very helpful even though i've been doing yoga stretches for a while already. Except during thoracic rotations you should inhale while rotating the ellbow up, not exhale.

With this routine I added some more things to my program. I was 1.77 CM like 4-5 months ago and now I am 179-180 CM. I believe these exercises are working only if you already have an issue about your posture. Even so I am 21 I think I am still growing.@@trinadhkumar9529

This is an exceptionally well explained video, whilst PT's I've paid over the years have to a lesser degrees trained me in some of these exercises they have never explained the "why" as well as Jeremy, he filled in a lot of gaps. I'm not keen on distance training, but really considering signing up for his app, if he was local I'd hire him in second.
