This song has it all. Angst, punk and power. They touch on themes like consciousness, the fragility and mystery of life and our own death. It even takes a jab at the sometimes daft scientific community. This song is criminally underrated

Why wouldn’t they? It was probably the first thought that ran through heads when getting to play at Amoeba. I thought it was pretty funny.
One of the greatest songs of all time, punk or any other genre. Used to cover this many years ago and it was such a blast to play.
I love it when they stick to the original solo. Played to perfection
I was lucky enough to see these guys play live in London over a decade ago now. It was one of the best gigs I've ever been to, and the room went absolutely wild when they played Amoeba.
My old band 'The Eyeshadows' played on the same bill with these guys waayy back @ Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park, CA. The Adz as they were known then. Good times! Tony and the boys still got it! Rock on!!
