Did not realize that is Rikk Agnew on the Fender guitar. He and his brother are tearing it up...and Steve (RIP) is laying down the bass riffs, and Tony is as good as ever. Such a tight band...amazing they recorded that album in 1981 as such young guys. Loved listening to it and reading the lyrics on the LP sleeve.

Thing song perfectly bull’s-Eyes my teenage years. It’s got all the elements, all the parts. And we weren’t in California: we were in New Hampshire, closest to the Boston scene. After some time, Manchester put on punk shows, too. Sheer Terror fought a snow-storm for us-arriving VERY late, and they *crushed* their set. I dunno if I’ll ever live like that again: the future is kinda weird, right ? it could might happen.

My son was in my belly when I saw this show - Holden is to this day a solid Punk. We were there - I distinctly remember looking down at my belly & looking to stage & thinking, "what the fuck happened to us??"
I miss Steve. He also did that band on Doctor Dream in the late 1980s when that O.C. label still sent out cassettes for review, and Steve was the doorman at Linda's Doll Hut at which I was a regular.

So awesome!!! One if my favorite songs ever!!!. Blue album was one of the essential skate rock/ punk albums to listen too. Been listening to it, still!!! since the early 80's. If you like The Adolescent's a couple other bands to check out are , Zero Boys and The Faction. Yeah!!!
