And on a technique level, I love how you captured the silk-like quality of the cape, cowl, and bib (as you call) of the Adam West Batman. Beautiful drawing. P.S. Keaton and Bale did it for me as a kid and later as an adult. But West will always hold a special place in my heart.
I wish there was a channel of just the live drawings. It's as chill as a Bob Ross video, but with an artist that was deeply meaningful to the last few generations (Grew up on Spawn comics and Movie Maniacs toys) and with style and subjects I'd actually want to use myself.

He's using the lasso tool and then filling it in with a custom short cut he set up. If you look closely you can see the lasso at the pen tip. From what it looks like it's a bit easier to use the lasso tool on the cintiq.
I’m pretty sure that he lays down a simple sketch first, and then lowers the opacity and starts a second a layer over top of it. Edit: I just checked, and at 00:53 he says that he did an under-drawing.
I hate the Adam West Batman (especially that weird mask) the way that AM hates humans. I don't however, hate the man (it's a living), may he rest in peace.

How do you auto fill with the lasso tool? I've been searching photoshop for that option but I cannot find it. It looks super useful!
