AHH, there is the vitex, This is great stuff for womanly issues. Not so good for men though unless you are a monk. I always keep this on hand as well. I am so impressed with all of the amazing things you have at your disposal.

Hi, you can tincture the dried berries using 50/50 method quite successfully, please make sure to check with a doctor prior to starting any regimen with the Vitex, and avoid taking if pregnant or will be trying to get pregnant. thanks so much
