RFD, your videos are just amazing. I’ve watched everyone many times. When I’m working in the shop I have them play in the background. Thank you for all the effort it takes to put these together!
You have some of the nicest rail videos out there. I am amazed at your ability to handle drones to get all those shots. Your footage of Eastern Oregon and Washington are especially nice. Thank you.
Great flying, shooting, and editing. I enjoyed every minute of it. It brought back many memories of growing up in Oregon in the 1950s - 60s. Thanks for creating and posting it.
When I was 7 years old we moved to a house as close as the house at 1:19 . It was a built up levee it was taller than a two story house . I’m 63 now still love trains !
WOW! Awesome Video, Best I've see, Classic SD9 and GP9 beautifully painted, SP should have kept the Black Widoe Paint scheme instead of the Bloody nose and The A&E GP9 looks great also, love how the kept the Gyra Lights, much better than ditch lights, also beautiful scenery, well done Railfan Dan!
Hey thanks again! Glad you are enjoying the oldies! Actually when I see you comment on these older ones it brings me back for a moment as well to times that I have forgotten about so thank you for that!
Best rail videos I ever seen. I notice you fly your drone fairly down low and backwards. Aren't you afraid of hitting wires or taller trees? How do you deal with that? Just wondering as I fly drones myself and am always afraid to fly backwards very much even backward avoidance detection.
Southern Pacific SD9 #5399 should donate at niles canyon railway where Southern Pacific SD9 #5472 i was thinking why not have Southern Pacific SD9 #5399 can put it transport by rail to go it's new home niles canyon railway Southern Pacific SD9 #5399 Southern Pacific SD9 #5472 as double header freight & passenger diesel units
I think SP SD9 #5399 sure need's a new home that is niles canyon railway with her sister SP SD9 #5472 so that way they can run as double header diesels SP SD9 #5399 SP SD9 #5472
