These videos are extremely, extremely expensive for us to make, and the ads are what keep our videos free for everyone to use. There are only 2 of us - we are only a husband and wife team - and so it takes us many many hours (aside from the expenses of filming equipment, editing programs, etc) to put these videos together. To put it in perspective, think of how everyone PAYS for cable television and then still has to watch commercials every 3 minutes.

You can workout 5-6 days a week. Switching up your workout each time is a great way to keep your muscles guessing & get results faster.

I have been doing this Hitt Abs/Obliques along with the 10-min Crunchless Ab workout, 100 Squat Challenge work out for 4 days a week for the last three weeks now, the Cool Down and Flexibility execisers and all I can say and see is RESULTS...I love the variety of work out videos. I am so proud of myself and I am trying to make it to week 8......Thanks Fitness Blender....from little "MS SNATCHED!!!"

Especially when you are only 12, you want to start a healthy exercise habit by doing a routine that is very well rounded. 20-60 Minutes of cardio on most days of the week is great for your heart, strength training 2-3x a week is great for your muscles & bone density, and stretching will help keep you flexible. Make sure you get your doctor's approval first!
Thank you so much for providing these videos for free. I understand the amount of time and effort it must take to produce them. I'm a university student and find these workouts amazing to do after a quick 30 minute run as I can't really afford to go to the gym. Really appreciate these, thanks!

My first HIIT workout, SUPER exhausting. I wanted to quit after the first round but I kept pushing through and finished the whole workout. Proud moment! :) Looking to get that bikini belly by summer.

I've been doing a different workout Mon-Fri for the past three weeks using Fitnessblender and my tummy is toned as are my legs, arms and booty. This is free folks! Stop complaining!

Is the tape construction the tricky part? You could use a ruler & make it easier, if that's what the hangup is. Excited to hear your before & after scores!!

Yes, eating - and eating often - is an important part of staying at a healthy weight. Just make sure that your food choices are healthy.
Mix and match, the more variety the better. On our website you can search by muscle group - choose ones that target the muscle you want to work & you're set. Fat in the face will decrease once you start cutting down on overall body fat, so just stick with it.

I'm 21 struggle to get scale to move. Very consistent exerciser. Walking,stationary bike,small weights and body weight exercises. At 167 pounds 5'4. These videos inspire me I hope that HIIT and ab exercises will finally start shredding my waist line. Thank you guys 😊

I'm sweating, great workout. Feel so proud of myself when he says "workout is complete"!
"Sit with your feet up to the edge of the blank tape with the marked tape both between your legs and extending out past your feet (make sure you sit with your feet up against the inside edge of the blank tape that is lined up with the center of the marked tape)." You would lean forward for the stretch & to get a score. There should be 12 inches coming towards you & 12 inches going away. You're right, that is confusing, we will have to work on that.

Sunday before Memorial Day, and I say: okay, let me find a short workout for between 20 - 25 mins long. Oh, boy, 5 mins in, and I think "what did I get myself into?". With fun Latin Pop music on, I did it! I have been working out with Fitness Blender since last year, when I started working from home, and I keep recommending FB to whoever brings up the topic of Fitness and Working Out, specially in these times of staying at home and quarantine. No way, UA-cam advertising allows small businesses like ours to provide high quality information or entertaining videos completely free of charge for users like yourself. Think of television; you pay for cable and still have to watch commercials. We love UA-cam and it lets us do what we love to do. No complaints here, especially for something that we/you don't pay a penny for.

Yep, just remember to use a mix of lower impact, endurance cardio + HIIT for best results.
3-4 Times a week would be plenty, just remember to take more time in between workouts if your muscles are still sore.
