Note to myself: this is a crazy killer, extremely hard but you already did it once so you can do it again! The music is absolutely amazing. This is also perfect for a leg day, basically a squat fest.

I feel really strong after that one, not because it killed me but because it didn't! Which means (in my believe) that I've become stronger! Because, after, every single one of your workouts made me even cry of how hard they were, and that know this one didn't even make me be out of breath makes me proud. I'll be looking for the one that kills me know!!

sweating is good and healthy! It also shows that you have been working, so be proud of yourself 😊
You should be happy, sweating is your body regulating it's temperature and cooling you down. Someone sweating a lot just means their body knows how to manage itself.
This is the first workout I did since a long time because of my mental health, which wasn't that great and I didn't have nor the strengh nor the motivation to

Omg this is the most I've sweated and also the most amt of cal I've ever burnt in 34m. My total runtime was 34m with 352 cal burnt n also an avg bpm of 170 which is awesome !! THANK U😭❤️

Great workout. Made me sweaty! 😓 I thought since it was all standing, that it would make my feet hurt, but they only started to tingle a little. I'm glad there wasn't any lunge jumps 😆. The finisher wasn't too bad.
