    Note to myself: this is a crazy killer, extremely hard but you already did it once so you can do it again! The music is absolutely amazing. This is also perfect for a leg day, basically a squat fest.

    I feel really strong after that one, not because it killed me but because it didn't! Which means (in my believe) that I've become stronger! Because, after, every single one of your workouts made me even cry of how hard they were, and that know this one didn't even make me be out of breath makes me proud. I'll be looking for the one that kills me know!!

    I really thought I was going to give up mid way with the never ending squats but I persisted... drenched in sweat. Killer workout suitable for mid beginners as well !

    I just love your workouts so much. I have been doing them for couple of weeks. Till the end of the exercise, I am totally drenched in sweat 😂😂but the feeling I get after completing these workout is the best feeling❤️❤️🥰🥰

      You should be happy, sweating is your body regulating it's temperature and cooling you down. Someone sweating a lot just means their body knows how to manage itself.

    This is the first workout I did since a long time because of my mental health, which wasn't that great and I didn't have nor the strengh nor the motivation to
    I found your May challenge, and so here I am, that was hard and I didn't complete all of the exercices
    But this time, I still have motivation to do tomorrow challenge ! 🔥

    I did this exercise and forgot to stop my watch until 48 minutes. And it showed I burned 560 calories for 48 minutes. That'a amazing! Thanks for this kind of effective exercises for planning to us Anna!

    Banging work-out, Banging Music and a crazy amount of sweat. Absolutely perfect. I loved the way you incorporated Abs into the workout without even having a dedicated Abs section...just awesome.     I used to do the normal aerobics, but they never make me as sweaty as your workout videos. I also love the squats! I was sore the first couple of days, but it disappeared after a day or two. Thanks you so much!

    I've been doing your workout about 5x per week for the past 5 months - I'm 10 months post partem and your workouts have helped me get back to my pre-pregnacy weight (with clean eating too of course!) I recently developed "mom wrist" from carrying my baby so these all standing workouts have been exactly what I need to keep going!

    I return 3 days later. Not understanding why I have never ever felt sooo sore after a workout. And now I know why.
    THIS IS DEFINITELY A KILLER WORKOUT.
    Do it at your own risk, but let me tell you 3 days later and I am still toning up. But wow I can't wait for the day that this is normal. PHEWWW

    Omg this is the most I've sweated and also the most amt of cal I've ever burnt in 34m. My total runtime was 34m with 352 cal burnt n also an avg bpm of 170 which is awesome !! THANK U😭❤️
    Day 2 of trying it I was defn tired so my intensity dropped but I did burn 257 cal. Thank uuu❤️

    Great workout. Made me sweaty! 😓 I thought since it was all standing, that it would make my feet hurt, but they only started to tingle a little. I'm glad there wasn't any lunge jumps 😆. The finisher wasn't too bad.
