I have been doing this workout from one week with a cardio workout, a cardio and core workout and running everyday. I literally see my abs showing up a little more everyday. The lower abs are a little hidden by my belly fat that i have been losing and now it is almost nothing. The upper abs are just popping up every time i do this workout. I highly recomend you this workout!

But I don't feel my abs burning anymore, so I started to do a abs workout from another youtuber, it is called " abs in 5 minutes workout". You really should try it. I am 14 years old, and I have got just a little bit of belly fat that I have been losing with high intense cardio workouts ( i do them everyday ). Remember that the workouts don't to everything, you should start eating healthy thing and stop eat unhealthy things, such as pizza, burgers, sodas and more. I'm 16. 5'11" and roughly 130 pounds. I did this workout for 3 days and my abs were popping out already. (Not a lot but the workout definitely improved them in 3 days). If the workout is burning that's a good thing. If it's burning it's working, if it's not burning, your wasting your time.

Phew! That was a wonderful round of workouts!! That plank hold at the very end was tough because I keep looking at the timer to see when Daniel is going to stop but Daniel keeps holding it beyond the timer and I'm like, "Guys, I don't know when this is going to stop!!"
For some reason I can do these ab workouts a lot easier than the cardio ones but they still get me sweating a lot, but I can say I've gotten a lot stronger core since first starting with you guys in 2013! Used to only be able to do a plank for not even 30 seconds and now I can hold it for longer than a minute even after going through all these ab exercises! Proud of myself, and I love you guys for sharing your videos, you guys inspire me every day!
Lol I do that too. Then I inevitably use that as an excuse to pause the video, because I absolutely MUST vacuum right this second or the world might explode. It's not me taking a break, it's me saving the planet!

that sucks people are calling you obese. What you put into your body is as important as what you do with it. Fall in love with drinking water all day as we are usually thirsty and mistake it for being hungry and eat! Also, try not to eat anything out of a package. That means it's processed and is probably full of sugar and other manufactured food items that are not real food. I would love to hear how you're doing as now it's 2 years later.

This is perfect for me. I do regularly core exercises but I needed a workout for abs only, and this is it! At halfway my abs were burning, at the end I didn't feel them anymore... Since the intervals are 20 sec only I was able to do them all. Thank you!
This is a great abs video - this is exactly what I've been looking for from you guys - I'll def do it again! One small thing though, I've noticed in your newer videos you're previewing the next exercise during the last ten seconds or so of the previous exercise, but the preview goes away during the rest break. I'm sure I'm not the only one who puts her laptop up on a table while she's exercising, so I'm not on the same level as my screen. So anyway, if I don't recognize it when you call the next exercise, I have to stop the last set early to look up at it. Please keep the preview up into the rest so I can check the next exercise without losing some time on my set. Also I love the little timer icon, but it's really nice to have an actual timer during the break. Thanks!

I'm not fat really more so skinny fat cause it feels like theres a small layer of fat covering my abs. though i could be wrong. But if I'm right then how long should i expect to see results if i do this 1-2 times daily?
Muscle mass increase ≠ fat mass decrease Example: Your body needs 2500 calories to stay in its current state. It needs 500 additional calories to develop muscle. You eat 3000 calories worth of food that day------>Your muscle mass increases, your body fat % stays the same. If you would've ate 3100 calories, your body fat % would've increased, if you would've ate 2900 calories, your body fat % would've decreased. I'm simplifying things, but you get the idea. You cant just exercise and expect fat to disappear/muscle to appear. Controlling your calorie/mineral/nutrient intake is part of it too. I apologize if you already knew this, but your comment made it seem like you didn't.
Ive been doing this and the 100 sit-up challenge for about a week now and I've seen a huge improvement on my abs!!!! I never really worked out and I started not long ago but I actually kind of like it.
Love these workouts!! I swear their 8 week programs work! I have lost weight and I would never have been able to complete this fully week 1. I have on week 5!!
This is kinda late lol. But to lose fat on your belly would require these type of workouts but also you would need to be on some diet and include other workouts that don't just focus on your belly. Also cardio is great for losing fat. This workout alone would mostly increase your muscle and not a lot of fat.

This workout is awesome! I’ve tried most other abs ones by you guys but I like that these exercise are hard but doable because they’re short.
I liked the exercises but I find the 20sec intervals way too short. I think I'm gonna write down the exercises and make "my own workout", with longer intervals.
I understand you might find it short, the intervals, but it's more effective if you do short (or none) breaks, the more it "burns" the more is making it's effect... Here's my advice, do the 10sec interval, but, while you're doing the exercises during the 20 seconds, do them on the easier version, and grow into it, until you do this easilly! It takes time, but it'll come around with the results. Trust me!
Makes sense but the intervals were still to short for me, it didn't even burn before the exercise stopped already. But that's preference and depends on ones level!
High intense interval workouts like this or TABATA are supposed to be short. There was a study done where 20 seconds in four to eight sets worked the muscle more then longer second sets.

Growing your abs isn't going to get rid of the fat that is covering them. You need to burn off the fat.
I have 2700 calories on average and I'm developing more muscle.

It doesn't simply help you lose the fat on your belly, you can't focus on one point to lose fat in.
This is mostly strength (so increase muscles). If you want to lose weight most types of cardio will work.
