You are welcome. As replied on one other video, I do not think a video will do justice to something as vast as "Abhinaya" and I do not think it is something you learn by watching a video. It needs years of Abhyasa with your Guru.

This is called hung by the tongue. Last week I suggest Aerobics and this week this !!!. Tomorrow is jumping day for me. Will report how it turns out afterwards

All the exercises I have been posting are for fitness for Bharatanatyam dancers. If you do these you will automatically tone your body :) Kindly elaborate if you meant something different.
Yes, You could definitely do it bare foot. I was doing it on an uneven surface, also it was poking my feet. So had to use my shoes. But be sure to not twist your ankle, as some are very high intensity exercises :)
I thought these are not all that difficult. I was right, but are they demanding... boy I was sweating like a hog!!! Even after doing only two rounds of each and only within the limits I could. Preventing ourselves from landing like a bag of Potatos was the most difficult part. Hurdle walk - doable, but my leg didn't move as freely, Jump squat is OK but heavy cardio, Tuck jumps is where I had to avoid myself being a bag of potatos, Alt jump lunges .. got confused in the beginning to co-ordinate, I could do Power skips better than what I thought I could, Broad jumps .... 3 ft ahead only no problem with potato, Bench... sorry step jump. ... one step of our stairs, Single leg deadlift hop... not as flexible as you, but hey.. I did it. Side to side jumps is confusing at first, Skipping done,... Kunte bille is used to play Jiblee in our place here. That brought back nostalgia of childhood plays. As you have already explained, flexibility, stregth, absorbing the jump jerks are important. Enjoyed doing these. Will improvise by repeating. Haan... as usual I cheated... I did only two rounds of each exerciese..... That itself had me sweating... Ten jumps... forget it for some time to come.

Depends on your cardiovascular strength. It is bound to happen if you are new to exercising. With consistent practice, it should get easier..

Table jump mam maybe difficult
You will get it with practice :) Start small. Try it on stairs or stool or on your bed :)
