I can't understand why you chose to film this on an overcast day....
Views are indeed stunning. But the price is steep at near $20 million in a state known for its pols treating the well off as human ATMs. One suggestion for whoever ends up with it, is to put in some kind of safety rail along the cliff edge. That is just an accident (and lawsuit) waiting to happen.
