This was my home for many many years. I enjoyed every moment in this home. My days and my nights were things dreams are made of. I miss it very very much. John
I call b.s. Please tell us something about the house only u would know??!! Or expand some more on the house and ur memories in it. Why did u and/or ur family sell it??
While serving with the USN, my poor-boy ventures took me to many beautiful places in Norther California. I had little money but my memories and imagination suffice to truthfully say, California is a very beautiful place. Thank you for this great video.
I feel like I belong that home. It's perfect. It would be the last home. Tou can't improve on perfection. Thank you for showing this very unique property.❤
I don’t trust the ocean enough to build a home on it. Whilst beautiful in concept, every storm would make me anxious. Good thing I have the spirits on the property to calm me. 🙃
I always ask the same questions regarding houses perched in places like this. How does clean water get to it? Where does the waste water go? And then, of course, since this is the west coast of California....the earthquakes. The homeowners insurance must be outrageous too.
Homes built on rock are MUCH more stable during earthquakes than homes built on sand or dirt or clay. The waste and clean water pipes are built into the outstretch of land, just under the walkway to the house.
Having spent most of my life within spitting distance of the Pacific - trust me, this house needs a live-in window washer. By the time he or she is done at one end - it's time to start again on the other end...
It's not like you might think - this house is far to the north of Malibu, where dense bone-chilling fogs hang for days - especially in the summers - and the windows get coated with salt. Owning a house like this one is a never-ending chore. When conditions are right it's an incredible thing of beauty - when they aren't, and you can hear the surf but not see it, it's time to bundle up and stay inside or take a drive inland to warm up a little...@@debralegorreta1375
No way could I live with the ocean 24/7. So much turmoil for me. It's too wild. Not knocking it I love to visit it. I was in Big Sur the summer of 71. The locals there resented the $$ folk who built right on the ocean. There was an adage there - to built a few steps back from the total view so that you had to walk out to it, as respect. I'm back home again with my peace - green and growing, woods, ravines with creeks and fertile valleys. I just visit this other stuff.
I would like to live in such a place someday in my life, maybe life will give me such an opportunity one day, I love the sea, that's why I have been living by the sea for over 30 years
Ansel Adams is referenced as if to give some legitimacy to the property. My guess is Adams would have been appalled at someone constructing a home on the promontory.
Seems like an accident waiting to happen. How often are the windows replaced from storm damage? And the graveyard? How often do the spirits of the dead arise to haunt your ocean viewing reveries?
The worst part of it is putting up with lame comments like yours. It's daunting how many jealous naysayers pop out of the gutter whenever you follow your bliss. No,, no. The Patrick Crowley's of the world just can't let you do that. "Stop that. Don't do what moves you. Just fit in. Be normal." Mr. Crowley, you inspire me NOT to be like you.
Nothing creepy about having an ancient cemetery right there on your own isolated rock way out in the middle of nowhere on Nor Cal's coast. Nope nothing creepy about that at all. lol
We going back to the sea , which we going back to where we came from( that's little deep). After i'll heard cementery... Oh no? Seems haunted? . Here we goes again another supernatural home, not just beside nature and it was near cementery?

No way in hell I’d live there. Constant humidity and noisy surf. Everything would be constantly damp. One earthquake in the right location and it all falls into the ocean. One wrong move and you fall into the ocean.
The Sonoma Glass House is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful pieces of architecture on the west coast. To call it ugly is like calling a diamond ugly. Hi John This house is truly lovely. I never get tired of watching the video. I am sorry that you no longer live in it.
@lpe655 you're very rude.
The winter waves break OVER this house. Makes for great entertainment. I know it well.
The view from that living room and bedroom is beyond incredible.

This just might be the most incredible home ever built, and it's just a one bed one bath. MY GOODNESS !!!!!! the stuff people think of.

This would be a dream come true, very beautiful!!
How enchanting! Straight out of a fairy tale! Wow!
There’s nothing fairy tale about a cemetery on the property lol I’m gonna pass on that
This property is too beautiful to be true it's like a fairytale
I literally teared up lol. This is a masterpiece IMO. It's perfect
Truly a gem. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful home with Amazing location, I love it
Now this is a homeeeee!!! What a dream!
Amazing it only sold for 350k. It’s definitely worth calling these guys cause they have deals from time to time.
Sold for 3.9m, not 350k
How awesome is this beautiful home.
Unique and awesome. What a get away ❤️❤️❣️

I think it was 1978 when a log was thrown up by a winter wave and went through the skylight
I have been hear and inside the house it's beautiful.
did you rent it or something? I'm just curious
I would love to own a property like this!
Magnificent House.
Relaxing, comfort all around, ocean views for miles, beautiful natural rocks and animal life.
What happens during a major Earthquake?
I like the serenity of it being a single home no neighbors
THAT HOT TUB!🌠
It has it’s own cemetery?!!! That’s creepy!!
It's super awesome. No one ever wants to leave that house lol
Omg ocean and cemetery together not a good combinations at night ,,The house is beautiful .
The cemetery gives it a rustic charm!
All of the former owners are buried there.
I hope you will be able to leave the video up so people can enjoy the house.

Stay in Omaha, Mr. Fritz. It's far more sensible.

Beautiful house
You had me then you lost me when the cemetery came.
Ditto and its probably a native cemetery.
Me too!
Grown-your-own-zombie. Actually a very modern concept and a feature, no home should be without 8-)
Awesome video. I shot the first one for Gordon. Cool house.
AT 1:42 it says the house was never intended for resale, yet here it is being advertised on UA-cam, why, if it's so amazing?
Cemetery perhaps?

Before I bought it, I would want to see how it fares in a bad storm.
“Spared no expense.” I didn’t think people still used that phrase seriously ever since Jurassic Park came out. 🤣
Welcome to Jurassic Park!
Or tsunami 😀😁
and the music too
The cemetery was there before the house. Was the house haunted? Is that why they sold it?
Yes please. :)
One bedroom only that part is a bummer but I would take it in a heartbeat
Beautiful, stunning place but looks haunted😮😮😮 cemetery is where the dead lived, ghosts is probably everywhere.
A cemetery? Noooope. All the sudden Jimmy is found in the water after getting pushed off the balcony by Casper. I’m good.
extremely cool
What's with the idiots who assume cemeteries are haunted, or creepy? What's creepy is the way your mind works. (Or more likely, doesn't work!)
Beautiful 😍❤
OMG you can have your own cemetery! buy it now
The only thing in California I could go for.is this house.
But where are the shops ?? 🙂
No need for A/C = I'm in *HEAVEN*
It's okay There's no way I would live there 🥵
I wishi could afford to seethis place
Is there a reason why this vid was uploaded again? Maybe the Universe is trying to tell me something😁
Hi Cynthia, yes this version has a mixture of fog and sun shots. Thank You

Yes! It sold

Well good thing it has it's own cemetery.

Ansel Adams took several photos from this property. I have an original.

is the beach really 'private'?

Imagine.. coming home, carrying groceries in then realizing you forgot milk?
Been there, done that

(1) Why is there a cowboy in California? (2) Do we trust them to be smart enough to sell/manage properties?
Cowboys were first brought to America on the west coast (largely what is now California) from Spain.
Perfect
How much was it?

It's unique I'll give you that, but I wouldn't want to be there when the big one hits ! I guess I'm not that adventuresome !
The San Andreas fault is on the hill across the road. The land moved 21 feet during the 1906 earthquake
how you account for erosion. Beautiful otherwise

Yes and at night the ghost comes! Living on a cemetery no thank you.
WOW Must be nice to be rich.
How to find price
Howdy! This listing has Sold. For any available listings, please check out our website: www.californiaoutdoorproperties.com/
Cemetery? Bye!!!😱
How about more of the home. Less of the realtor?
It must suck to bring the groceries in
Sadly, that was my first thought too.
When you are able to buy this house, someone else is bringing in your groceries.

Applying Occam's Razor, the truth of creation is a simpler concept than the idea of evolution; hence, creationism must be true.
