Summer is the worst time of the year on the Peninsula. It's cold and clammy with a perpetual pea-soup fog accompanied by a very chilly wind that's constantly blowing. Autumn and winter are by far the best time to live there. The weather is clear with jaw-dropping beauty and incredible magenta sunsets! Mark Twain said _"the coldest winter I've ever spent was a summer in San Francisco"._ And the old curmudgeon was absolutely right.

Milhouse 329 haha yes! I am constantly living in the present moment and feeling as if I already live there. I have already collapsed the quantum particle wave from probability to actuality with my subconscious mind and it’s oscillating into my reality as we speak. I have taken 2 trips out there and seen future properties of mine, rubbed elbows with my future neighbors, and brought back a seashell to keep me in the frequency of my desire at all times. I’m manifesting large sums of wealth daily and getting closer and closer to living there. I live in the present moment at all time and right now I fully believe I am living there. So be it!
The house does not turn me on much. But, to be able to live on the ocean in THE PEBBLE BEACH my that would be the ultimate in living. If you have ever been there and saw the type of landscape around the area you would never ever ever want to leave. Its simply breathtaking.
My broker while we lived in Carmel lived on the 17 Mile Dr. across from the MPCC. Beautiful but overcast & cool too much for us; we moved to SoCal. If you want that area but better weather, try Carmel Valley, drier and sunnier.
Wish you slowed the camera for the inside! So glad that the decor was kept, really see Carmel vibe. The new vibe in Carmel houses are soooo Hilton Hotel, no character.
