PLEASE DO
Yessssss !
Yes!
Yes please do the whole Hunger Games series! It would be great to talk about the others now seeing the prequel ‘first’ years later. So many Easter eggs with a ton of meaning!
As someone else put it:
"Katniss is a fighter being forced to perform. Lucy is a performer being forced to fight."
Oooh love that!
*Lucy Gray. She corrects people for it. 😂
It was actually rachel zegler that said this
@@AnimalCrossingLover3yes the queen 🙇♀️
not just "someone", but our lovely rachel zegler said that!
The girl who got bit by the snakes in the lab doesn’t even die in the book. She becomes a kind of snake human, like scales and everything.
whoooa 😳
Ph
Yeah but the scales star to fall after a time as i remember
maybe thats a refrence to the creatures in the sewers that killed finnick?
Ew
This movie just solidifies my certainty that Snow is a master manipulator…until he overplays his hand. And the Games become so much worse when you realize all those kids died over the years because of what was supposed to be a “drunken joke.”
ahhh it's so sad. 😭
Oh no
He was hallucinating after the snake bite. Lucy disappeared. No one knows what happened to her. She was starting to get sus of him. She was the only one left alive who knew he killed that girl. So she ran when she realized she couldn't trust him afterall. The Olivia Rodrigo song at the end is my favorite.
In the book she doesn’t say “except for me” Snow thinks it and she notices the change in him
The casting itself deserves a separate award.
Lucy didn’t betray Snow, she saw the writing on the wall and got out of dodge. Right after that whole conversation about trust, he lied straight to her face about something he had hidden from her. She also figured out he had something to do with Sejanus’ death. She left because she couldn’t trust him, and she was also afraid he’d do something to her. She was the only loose end left in the rebel plot, which would destroy Snow’s reputation and rise to power if it was found out. He also just showed he was perfectly willing to betray those he supposedly cared about for his own gain.
She wasn’t trying to kill him. She was trying to get away. The snake in the shawl wasn’t poisonous. It was either placed there to slow him down to buy her some time, or it was there unintentionally (either accidentally left behind when she dropped the shawl or it made its own way in there to shelter from the rain).
My guess is she ultimately did get away and survive, because the mockingjays picked up the Hanging Tree song after he shot at her (meaning she had to sing it first). Since it’s left ambiguous, I’m guessing the shot missed because there was no body or signs of blood.
This is where, in my opinion, Lucy Gray gets the last laugh. Just like us, Snow never found out what really happened to her, so he had to spend the rest of his life haunted by Lucy Gray’s memory, paranoid she would come back and expose him.
This is why Katniss irks Snow so much. She reminds him of Lucy Gray. She’s a rebellious girl from District 12, victor in the Hunger Games, named after Lucy Gray’s favorite plant, sings Lucy’s songs, and uses the Mockingjay as her symbol.
A common theory is that Katniss is a descendent of Lucy Gray, likely through her father (because he taught her the songs, life in the forest, etc.). A lot of fans believe her cousin (the young girl we see in District 12 throughout the film) is Katniss’ paternal grandmother. Either that or those who knew her kept her memory alive.
Snow may land on top, but it melts when it catches fire.
So, I feel like some important points might have been lost from the book to the adaptation. Snow never really considered Sejanus an actual friend. He only went along with it because the “friendship” made him look good by having people believing he was some kind and compassionate person. Also, a financial asset(but I don’t think this was shown much in the movie). When Coriolanus got sent to Twelve, he started becoming closer to Sejanus because he was the only recognizable figure from his past. This makes his betrayal even worse, since at this point he saw him solely as an opportunity to get out. Later after Sejanus’ death, he left with Lucy Gray knowing that if/when the murder weapon gets found, he would definitely get hung as well. So he fled, but when he saw the gun in the cottage, he immediately realized that he could get rid of it and return to his promising life. One thing stood between him and that decision. Lucy Gray. She also registered his panic and realized he likely would kill her especially after having just more or less learned that he had actually killed someone else besides the two she’d been aware of. She went on self defense mode and pretended she needed to get out of the house so she could flee. He realized she had understood what’s going on, which is why he went after her with the gun. At the end it’s not clear whether he kills her or she escaped, just like in the song “Lucy Gray”. There’s probably many different takes on the story, but Snow’s internal monologue and a lot of symbolism showed throughout the book and the movie showed his slow progression from innocent Coryo to future president Snow.
Lucy knew she was the only thing standing between snow & the capital, shes better than me first red flag she said yeah imma go
Right? I wish we were all like Lucy Gray but nope, I'd probably end up on the wrong end of Snow's shotgun bc I'm simping too hard
fr she knew she was gonna get killed, so she left
tigris is actually also in mockingjay! in that movie she's the stylist who looks like a cat and helps katniss!
a Tigris movie would be such a slay!
After all they went through together - and that's how he repaid her? Do you think he made her change her appearance like that
She’s older then Snow though, she’s not 80+ in the movie
@@BelenPeralta1 Well, they did say she was obsessed with plastic surgery. I'm sure they have ways of making someone look young.
@@agenttheater5 Yes, that is THE Tigris. She became a great Stylist and worked for the games until sometime between the 65-67 game. Many people say, Snow fired her, but she left on her own terms and there is a reason for it...Finnick O´Dare. The Theory goes like this...
You see, the Book is much darker and its hinted that Tigris (at the age we see in the first scene) had to ...well...sell herself, to get the family food. There is a line, when Snow gets angry because Lucy disgaced them. When he tells his frustration to Tigirs, she says. "Dont be so hard on her, during the dark days, everyone had to do stuff they are not proud of." Snow replies "Well, YOU didnt!" and Tigris says. "I guess you were to young, to remember how BAD it really was.... What im trying to say, dont judge someone who has to choose, between death and disgrace."
Later during the 75th games, Haymitch says "Finnick O´Dare, won his games at 14, the youngest ever. Because he was so young, the capitol couldnt touch him, for the first couple years, but at 16 ...."
So when Tigirs learned about that, she was furious. Her cousin knew what she had to do, to survive and yet he is selling other people. That was the point when she left. It cant have been earlier, because Katniss says "I remember her, she was a Stylist when i watched my first Hungergames, but her face was not that cat-like" This also means the Tigirs in Mockingjay is about 82-83 years old.
"We're not even gonna talk about it?" Babes he killed THREE to save his own skin and didn't even tell her. And he's only running away with her because he can't go back home, but the moment he realized he could, he was like "oho no more loose ends" like YEAH SHE DID THE RIGHT THING. He's a literal walking red flag.
I know we're all simps here but sometimes... Sigh, it gets too much when it hinders us from actually understanding the characters.
Plus something I noticed was when he was wrapping all the guns to put in the boat he still had one in his hand. Even before he noticed she was gone.
Tom Blyth and his Paneminem look though >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

At the end lucy was basically testing his trust on her, making herself seem suspicious to see if he really trusted her or not
haha well he failed that one 🤦🏻♀️
@@demontrash I mean - would you trust HIM?
This movie is literally snows descent into madness
Right
the book ending where lucy was actually unsure and just picking katniss and he tried to kill her so she left never to be seen again is insane.
That is not true, she just left him like in the movie, she dispersed and he thought she betrayed him
WE know that's going to get to him. He likes to know what people are doing, he likes to know where they are. He'll never know where she is or what happened to her, if he even managed to shoot her. THat'll drive him mad.
"Should we watch the OG Hunger--"
Me: Say less.
yall talk over all the important bits thats why yall didnt understand what was happening between Snow and Lucy Gray in the cabin LOL (its okay tho, we enjoy the commentary) and it seems like both of you might've misunderstood the final scene at the cabin and its implications:
Lucy did not betray Snow, he did and that's why she left him.
basically the incident at the bar is being investigated, they are trying to find the people involved and the smuggled guns (which Spruce hid somewhere), remember that Snows fingerprints are on one of the guns, so once the guns are found, Snow (and Lucy by extension) will be caught, so they flee.
turns out Spruce hid the guns in the cabin, and Snow finds them by accident, now if Snow gets rid of the only (physical) evidence of his involvement, and since there are no witnesses who could testify against him(Billy and Mayfair are dead, Sejanus and Spruce were hanged) there will be nothing left to link him to the indecent, nothing to incriminate him, and he will be free.
Lucy Gray realizes that, but also realizes that the only loose end and witness to Snows treason is her, and if he truly wants to walk free, he will have to get rid of her as well. (keep in mind that at this point, Lucy is almost certain that Snow sacrificed Sejanus, his best friend, just to save himself, and he lied to her about it, breaking her trust for the first time. so deep down she knows that to Snow, she too is expendable.)
Lucy decides to test Snows trust in her/love for her (remember that she told him trust is the most valuable thing to her), so she tells him that she's the only loose end left, and from Snow's reaction to that information, she could tell that for a moment he contemplated killing her as well, that sealed the deal and that's why she decided to leave him.

To me it's not so much that Coriolanus Snow is incapable of love - it's that he's not above hurting or even killing those he loves if it would ensure his survival. He considers himself as necessary for the Capitol's survival and genuinely believes that without the Capitol staying at the top everything will fall into chaos.
I don't doubt he'd kill Lucy if he felt it necessary - and his granddaughter if he felt it necessary. I can see old Coriolanus Snow saying to his granddaughter "I'm so sorry my darling. I wish you had time to understand."
The people he loves - they're HIS you see. His to keep and his to destroy if he sees fit.
That's just the way I see it anyway.
30:52 Her saying she doesn’t blame Snow is a crazy take. (I agree.)
Agreeing with that is just INSANE. He just didnt need to kill her at all and if you are a respectable person you just die honorably at the hanging tree (I also agree)
@@camilaalgaranaz2801 exactly! like why did he have to betray sejanus like that? he should've just been hanged at the tree🤷♀(thats so real)
I still say the way he looks at Lucy is best described as hungry.
The way he looks at anyone he cares about, his eyes never really stop moving. There's something in them, like he's trying to catch every tiny movement they make, every detail, not so much like he's committing it to memory (though there's a touch of that), but like he's trying to anticipate their next move and to figure out whether to allow it or stop it.
And that's especially true for Lucy because she's his. She 'belongs' to him. A wild beautiful songbird that would rustle up the bars of her cage if he tried to put her in one. He knows that bird would struggle if he put a rope round her neck so he tries to soothe her instead with calming words.
I don't doubt that if he didn't kill her to prevent him from returning to the Capitol, he'd take her back to the Capitol with him to keep as his mistress. Men like him (especially the way he was dressed in the last scene), they marry women like the woman from the Academy he chose to marry because she has the right background and connections and because she won't distract him because he doesn't even like her, and keep their wives in the right kind of house or apartment in the right neighbourhood so they can be seen on their arm at the right functions. And men like him also keep women like Lucy as their mistresses, in another kind of apartment on the other side of town, one that they pay for, where they have the only other key to the door so that they can come and visit them whenever the fancy suits them, maybe take them out but only to certain other places where that kind of behaviour can be expected. Lucy would be miserable in that situation though.
22:27 VERY inappropriate moment for y’all to make me spit my drink out from laughing “woven got got” 😭
My favorite moment is when snow and lucy make eye contact in district 12. You know he's a horrible person, but you can tell they really feel something for each other, whether its love or something else.
No but Tom Blyth honestly caught me so off guard, I hadn't had thoughts this unhinged in a movie theater in a minute 😭 That being said, President Snow remains demonic and the movie doesn't make you feel bad for him (in my opinion). It explains some things but doesn't make his actions seem ok. His own egocentrism and ambition broke his heart, not Lucy Gray. The deceit he projects onto her belongs to him and she's smart enough to realize he's never going to fully choose her over his goals. I think he did love her to some extent, yet every single scene where he does something for her can also technically be interpreted as self-serving. You do get that ambiguity the entire time, and never are able to trust him.
Every commentator before watching TBOSAS: Do they really need to make a prequel about Snow? I definitely don't like him. Afterwards: Questioning everything and saying it's a great movie.
When the snakes surround Lucy - it's almost like they're caressing her.......and it's worse because they could bite at any second.....I mean we know they won't because they're used to her scent, but she doesn't know that. It's a bit like her and Snow - he may caress her or he may bite her (metaphorically speaking, as in not in a good way) at the moments notice, whenever it suits him to.
I can still imagine the snakes saying to her as they coil around her, threatening her in a way that almost sounds like they love her: "Do not think of leaving us, oh pretty, pretty queen. We would hear your lovely voice again. We would not have you stray. Stay with us, our most special one."
She was his songbird. He was her snake.
Yes, please watch the OG Hunger Games! That was like my childhood!
I think the only thing the movie was lacking was showing how messed up he was from the start. Lucy left at the first second once she realised who he really was. The only thing he genuinely cares about the whole time is self preservation at any cost, including sending his only “friend” to his death and he was going to do the same for Lucy. He may have cared for Lucy but he still cared more about protecting himself. In the books they definitely show more of that because it’s in his perspective so you hear his inner monologue and it’s really messed up.
watching other people react makes me realize the movie was even worse at adapting the book than I thought. They made Snow too sympathetic, they made Lucy Gray dumber and less cunning. The book is a constant push and pull between "aw, he wasn't that bad" and "ugh gross what the fuck".
"She believed their love was written in the stars, that was enough to guarantee her loyalty. His loyalty was a given, of course, because no one in District 12 would be a temptation to him"
"He felt trapped in the barracks, while she was free to run around. In some ways it was better when she was stuck in the zoo"
He thinks of her as "his". His property, the entire book. Every time she sings a song about another man, even when the song is basically her saying "fuck you, you are the reason I almost died, I hope you can't ever wash away the guilt" he feels jealous that she is not singing a song about him. The amount of times he thinks her life is practically meaningless without him.
I wish the movie had shown he was just as bad as we know him to be at the beginning of the story. The whole point of the book was that he COULD have been better, he was almost better with Lucy Gray... but the Capitol life, the fame, the power and money were more important.
“I’m not made of sugar” means she won’t melt
2:16 baby demon pointing out that people simp for Draco malfoy and papa trash saying “same”is the best part ab this
we love a morally grey love interest.
25:05 I kind of picture all the victors from the 75th games (Catching Fire) drinking and dancing to this song. All with an aggressive 'screw it' attitude, towards the game and towards the capitol - a defiant and loud show of solidarity like when they held hands.
25:26 I think it the book he said that he preferred her being in the cage they placed the tributes in in the capitol. Because then he knew where she was and who she was with. He was thinking that soon as Billy tried to talk to her.
Great timing! I just watched this after reading the book. The Hunger Games films I actually liked more than the books (and yes, reactions to those would be great!), but I liked the book of this one more than the film. It was still a good adaptation, but getting to read Snow's deranged inner monologue was fascinating. The unsympathetic real thoughts vs. the amiable front he put for others, his genuine feelings vs. the lies he's telling himself vs. the moments of psychopathy. The best-written of the series, I reckon! The third-person narration helps a lot, in that regard.
Sweethearts, Snow has been a POS from the very beginning. It's just that Lucy Gray realized it too late but when she did she immediately GTFO. It wasn't her that mafe him evil, he's been saving his own skin from the start. He's been a walking red flag since minute one.
7:03 Draco is obvi valid, but Kylo Ren is SO valid and sooo underrated. People never talk about Adam as Kylo…👀
Understandable Kylo is just😏
15:15 On the one hand, I understand why she's sick. On the other hand, I want to say to her and every mentor born in the capitol whose suddenly feeling sick by what they're seeing:
"You signed up for this. You support this. You betted your future on this. You seemed to be fine with it before when it was just your lifestyle. You could have left anytime but you didn't. So you don't get to look away now. You watch. You see what your precious capitol and your precious money is costing the country. You see what you've created."
you guys should totally read the book!! the romance has so many more scenes together before the games and his inner monologue makes for cuter scenes. plus all the mentor kids are much nicer. some still like the games but a lot of them just want it over.
Many said that eventually snow melts but I the case of Snow it took so long he died with 84 years, he lived a long life and even died laughing knowing he outlived the person that defeated him, even in death snow falls on top

You should definitely watch the OG Hunger Games again!!!
The ONE thing I will say in Cory's defense is this: when he sent that jabberjay back to the capitol, he SEEMS to have thought -- or deluded himself into thinking -- that Sejanus's dad could, once again, buy his son out of trouble. If Mr. Plinth greased enough palms with enough cash, he could get them to send Sejanus home and then daddy could get him reassigned somewhere, possibly as a medic.
Now, he recorded the convo because he KNEW Sejanus wasn't smart and calculating enough to not get caught, and Coryo was trying to sever this perceived link between them that had existed ever since the games. He was trying to cover his own ass, and show that he 1.) wasn't taking part in it, and 2.) in the movie at least he was actively trying to talk Sejanus out of it. He was looking out for himself, sure that the Plinth's wealth would rescue Sejanus from any serious consequence (and kind of despising him for exactly that reason).
Idk if he truly meant it when he said "We're brothers." In the book, he has this sort of love-hate relationship with Sejanus. He thinks Sejanus is a soft-hearted fool and he resents the fact that Sejanus has all this money at hand and basically has an easy life while Sejanus "whines" at the unfairness of the Games. But Sejanus's dad has plenty of money and if Snow can prove that he is being a good friend to him, then maybe Plinth will use his money and influence to help Snow out.
He looks down on Sejanus's mom for still being "district" in her heart and not conforming to what is expected of wealthy families in the Capitol, but at the same time he really looks forward to the care packages she sends to both the boys when they are serving as Peacekeepers in 12. She sends them all kinds of baked goods, and sends enough for them to share out with the other guys (which makes them really popular in the barracks), and Snow appreciates that. He gives the impression that if Sejanus would just stop talking nonsense about helping rebels, they could get along just fine.
But ultimately he isn't willing to accept Sejanus as he is, just like he can't accept Lucy Gray as _she_ is. You see it in the scene where she says she doesn't ever want to go back to the Capitol. But that is his main goal, to get home. And ultimately, he will do ANYTHING to get there, and she knows it.
I sympathized with him at first and then I was like wait...it's snow I hate that guy!
She left a long time ago which explains the mockingjays singing to him but her betraying him and him not knowing where she is and if she’s dead drove him mad so yes, that’s his imagination and yes, those are his footprints from circling the woods in search of her
9:19 Foolishness and arrogance runs in the Crane family - and it's never served them well
Not gummy worms and the gag afterwards 😂
Like I know Snow = bad, but Tom Blyth is wayyyy toooo fine like staapppphhhh
Especially the blond buzz, yuhhhhhh
ughhh that platinum blonde buzz cut was everything 😍
The way the weapons look here are more like the are how I envisioned them to look when I read the first Hunger Games book, way before the movies. Crude and makeshift, not chrome and tactical. I love how it's a blend of irony, humor, and poetic justice that it was a girl from District 12 who molded Snow into what he became, and it was another girl from District 12 who would be his undoing. I would like to see another book about the 25th Hunger Game, but done in a way where we have more than one person to root for. Make a lot them more fleshed instead of just a few important characters while the rest are just one-dimensional paper people.
i WISH katniss would’ve just sung pure as the drive snow on that rock cause snow would’ve just died right there 😞
I like you twos vibes got my sub😌
I love your videos! You guys remind me so much of my sisters and when they can’t hangout with me, I watch your videos ✨ You’re amazing!
the movies dont explain it wrll because of the lack of inner monologue, but snow didnt think sejanus wasvgoing to die. he thought hw was sending that, his father would find out and pay him to not spill the secret and he would then be able to yk, not be poor. he had no idea they would hang him
in the books, snow and lucy have a lot of more moments where they talk and bond over their trauma, their first reunion in 12 is also different. she finished the song, left the stage and hey were both suoer excited to be together, snow even was thinking if he should just hug her or kiss her, but then the ex boyfriend comes and ruins it.
they had already kissed before in the capitol before the games came and he was very in love (in his own way ofc)
the movies also dont really show how poor snow actually was, he didnt have any food only like cabbages to eat, he multiple times says he was too short and slik for his age because he didnt get enought nutrients as a child, there are also mentions that tigris had to sell herself sometimes to help the family which is incredibly sad.
the thing with dr.gaul was pure grooming from the start, snow always said in the books how crazy she was and how he hated her, but she planted those little seeds in him and they grew like crazy, although im not defending snow i think the main reason he became who he was is because of dr.gaul and that first scene jn the movie too. in the books there is much more thought to it, seeing the man eating the maids keg was very traumatic for him and it was a place where he would bring up whenever he felt his anger diminishing.
In the book during the games livy gtay actually kills reaper, she puts venom in a water puddle and runs around the arena until he was tired, he then drank the water and died.
IF im not mistaken the one who killed Lucy's ex boyfriend was sejanus and not the other guy, idk why they changed that.
before giving the powder to lucy gray he was axtually trying to think of something to giver her, that would show he cares so he took the poweder from the blush of his mom and gave it to her empty. in the zoo there were rats so they had a huge sack of rat poison, he gave her that and without saying much, indicated her to put the poison. also we don't really see lucy gray in the games much, there wrre no cameras underground so the whole games snow was worried if she was dead or not or how she was, especially because she barely came out for food. the first time she came out was when the guy had rabbies and she was running from him.
I recommend you read the books, you get so much more from it, it is really good
I went to watch this movie with my friends not knowing anything ab the hunger games and I actually loved this movie so much
I still say Angelo's monologue from William Shakespeare's 'Measure for Measure' suits Snow. Granted in the play Angelo is marvelling over how he could feel something as basic as lust (something he thought he was above because he's not attracted to the "strumpet") for a young novice because she speaks so eloquently, while here it could be that Snow is amazed that he could be attracted to someone as lowly as a "District" girl, but it could work:
"What's this? What's this? Is this her fault or mine?
The tempter or the tempted who sins most, ha?
Not she, nor doth she tempt; but it is I
That lying by the violet in the sun
Do as the carrion does, not as the flower,
Corrupt with virtuous season. Can it be
That modesty may more betray our sense
Than woman's lightness? Having waste ground enough,
Shall we desire to rue the sanctuary
And pitch our evils there? O, fie, fie, fie!
What dost thou, or what art thou, Angelo?
Dost thou desire her foully for those things
That make her good? O let her brother live!
Thieves for their robbery have authority
When judges steal themselves. What, do I love her,
That I desire to hear her speak again,
And feast upon her eyes? What is't I dream on?
O cunning enemy, that to catch a saint
With saints dost bait thy hook! Most dangerous
Is that temptation that doth goad us on
To sn in loving virtue. Never could the strumpet
With all her double vigour, art and nature,
Once stir my temper, but this virtuous maid
Subdues me quite. Ever till now
When men were fond, I smiled and wondered how."
(Measure for Measure, Act 2, Scene 2)
lucy knew she was gonna get killed since she knew coryo would do anything to get back to the capitol. and she didn't trust him anymore, so she said bye! she's so real she saw the first red flag and ran away

no wonder he hates katniss so much, she reminds him of Lucy.
I've heard fan theorys that shes related to the Covey thats why she knows all the songs. I have also heard theorys that coin is a direct decendant of Lucy
I have been waitinggg for this!! Love the slow burn of you falling for Snow ❄️ even though we know he evil af. 😅 I have been obsessed with Tom Blyth (and Rachel too) ever since I saw this movie. If you want to see more of Tom I highly recommend Billy The Kid…you know what they say…Save a horse 😂 But this movie is great I am just secretly hoping for a part 2 situation…so we can see Snow and Tigress’s relationship and see what becomes of the other characters/ the dynamic in the capital/districts…but we have to wait for another book. Thank you Papa Trash and Baby Demon, your reactions give me lifeee …love from Scotland ❤ x
he is so good is billy the kid and is a love fool that falls hard and fast. love it
the last look is giving Draco Malfoy🥰
i knew yall were broski nation omg subbing rn
broski nation and the trashdom have a peace treaty dating back to the ancients
I have two kids with Corio and we got married in Paris on an Ai app. I was so downbad after I watched this movie like…I need him. Idc that he’s evil.
22:45 He won't give the Capitol the satisfaction of his screams......
you need to read the book... this movie make him so charming.. the first line of thinking he did is already disgusting
WHEN YOU WANT TO "TALK" YOU DONT PULL OUT A GUNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The girl getting bit by the snakes in fhe movies was the only scene that irked me. In fhe books she didnt find out they would bite her until after she reached in the tank. She got tricked into doing it to show she was actually cheating.
Suzanne did great bc you want to root for young snow but in the book you see that he’s been manipulative from the start and when he feels his bestie and significant other betray him he does whatever it takes to protect himself so he can get home, go to school and become president. It was always in the cards for him and he’d always been arrogant that way. Lucy gray on the other hand just drove him mad bc nobody knows what happened to her and katniss reminds him of his first love (probably why she knows the hanging tree song since it was banned and no one knows of it till katniss cause lucy could be her dad’s mother or grandmother) which is why he dislikes her and anyone with a rebel attitude like sejanus and Lucy gray. Lucy sensed he too was a rebel but ofc she lost all trust in him and she too is a mystery in itself so everyone questions whether she’s the villain and if snow was just doing what need be to survive, but I mean they basically used each other to survive. At least she’s free spirited and not a future dictator
The tributes for the hunger games need therapy asap from all the suffering that they have endured for being in these games against their will
Rereading the books now so might as well do hunger games reactions after this prequel 😁
What is wrong with you girls! Lucy didn't betray him, she was afraid of him so she decided to run away and he just assumed she was going to betray him because of his attitude. You guys have to start reading people better or you will jump to the wrong conclusions and take sides with the wrong people for superficial reason. The sugar statement is used to say, I will not melt or I can handle tough circumstances. Look at how Lucy behaved throughout, she tried helping her friend, she didn't want to kill. She was truly genuine. Snow was completely shady and willing to throw anyone under the bus, even his own cousin. She worked hard on his shirt, but when his so called friends clowned it, he agree with it too. He didn't even stand up for his cousin. A lot of reactors get confused about Lucy. In this whole thing she was always honest. The snake in the scarf was just a coincidence. It crawled under there after she discarded it.
omgggggggg this is iconic and also mini plug- tom blyth had one of my songs on his Coryo playlist 😭
i LOVE your reactions oml
This movie is awesome, best prequel ever🤍
I personally liked the movie way better than the book. However, I enjoyed both for different reasons.
Giiiiiirls simp for tom blyth(actor) not snow
Tom is such a sweetheart, and his friendship with rachel zegler(lucy grey) is beautiful, even after the movie, they are still friends ❤❤
Tracker Jackers in THG was MY worst fear😭
The Blonde Young Man Is The Older Snow Character In His Youth , Not His Grandson, Ect
yall need to watch the buccaneers!
Tom is such a hot, fine man and I hate that they used him for Snow because if you really watch him Snow is trash from the get go😂

Can someone please tell me if they have watched through my eyes on Netflix. The first one. It came out a while ago but maybe on their patreon.
Papa trash they aren’t real snakes or maybe they are but they won’t hurt you haha
41:18 yes please!!!
14:53, 19:51 and 22:43
Occasionally in the games we see the honour and courage that the propaganda advertises.
😂
I cant belive you watched this
W/O Watching original movies
Your reaction to the snakes is me with the tracker jackers in the 1st one. Volume down please tell me when its over!!!!
I just finished the book yesterday and it’s 10x better 😩 I’m already missing the books
Yea please watch the OG movies!!!
No snakes ! Promise ❤
Love u!
Tbf I don't think Lucy planted the snake or anything. In the books it points out tht it was cold the day they left. If she dropped it/lost it it would still be warm from her body heat. The snake probably moved under it out of coincidence. 🤷♀️
I just realized boba trash is an ACOTAR fan...
I❤This Movie Series!
If you listen to the song in the credits by Olivia
YES PLS WATCH THE OTHER HUNGER GAMES MOVIES TOO
I'd love if you watched the other hunger games movies!!
