Heath, ya forgot to add Brain Gym to the title for this workout. Hopping and Switching legs in lunge 😂, some jacks with arms up and feet apart and other jacks with arms up and feet together🙃, double knee skip rope memories activated,😃 and many more - brain synapes are definitey getting a 💥workout. Thanks for keeping us on our toes and paying attention. Loved this combo...feels so great to feel strong and cardio fit. 💖
I’m not going to lie, I was scared for this cardio day 😂 Any cardio or HIIT day….Honestly, I really liked today’s workout! I dread mountain climbers, but I got through them. Love the added bonus for working the abs at the end!!! ❤❤ 🔥 🔥
