My grandmother and grandfather eat bread all their life ,they both lived to be 96 and 102. I also had a friend who died at 38 of cancer. He was a vegetarian and did cycling just like me. My mom is 83 and running around like she is 43. We live in America with all types of food that is forced on us. I believe we have to balance what we eat. The Corp. In America, are so corrupt that we can not be certain if the organic food is really organic.

I spent 7 months in Ghana, West Africa. I are their homemade bread and alot of rice and potatoes everyday. I came back home 40lbs lighter. Gained back 20lbs in the 1st two months back home. There is definitely something about American food.

My friends went to Australiain 2021 and ate all the bread they wanted without bloating why?They use natural wheat flour not bleached or stripped😮My naturpath Doctor took me off bread 21 years ago when i was diagnosed with RA ,I loved bread but was never able to go back.Almond flour with gluten free flour I can do sometimes but made by me at home.He said don't eat bread unless it has 7 ingredients or less and we know that doesn't exist, because anything with a paragraph of ingredients cannot be digested without problems especially anyone with autoimmune condition.
Wow the FDA should be ashamed of themselves to allow such terrible foods in the USA. I know “for profit” exist, but when I hear the breakdown of some of these harmful ingredients, it’s mind blowing. Thanks again for the vegucation.
Want to hear something else. There are starving countries in Africa that refuse to accept food from this country just for that reason. Sit with that for a few minutes. Alkaline foods have an adverse effect upon stomach acids..we rely upon stomach acid & bile to digest, break down & obtain the required nutrients from food. Messing about with the ph can cause deficiencies & gallstones. The human body has a vastly varying ph level in various different regions. Some acidic foods have HUGE health benefits..the best diet for us humans is a healthy, varied, balanced whole food diet of meat, fish, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds, some of which are acidic & others alkaline..our body is perfectly capable or regulating the ph of a varied diet, but isn’t so great at dealing with an over acidic or alkaline diet

My friend you have done your homework. You are absolutely correct about the wheat!!!! I seriously will never eat bread again. I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, severe anxiety disorder and depression, as well as multiple physical issues. 50 years old on disability. I’ve stopped eating 100% of all sugar, carbs. I actually have been on strict carnivore for 10 days today. And I am not joking…I have never felt this way. My mental issues are completely GONE!!! I feel like a different person. I have been on disability for years and suddenly I am doing 5k walk’s and feeling so AMAZING!!! Cut out all sugar immediately and carbs. I can’t even do honey or maple syrup. Gives me a headache now. My body runs on fats 100% ketosis. I wanna tell everyone about this!!! Gonna write a book.

dr. Price is so on point with this one. I’m glad he did a video on bread and the terrible causes of gluten. I had been suffering for more than five years on and all vegan diet and what I was doing was having the fake chicken or fake gluten meals to substitute chicken or substitute meat and after sometimes I begin to bleed, have rectal bleeding and it got to a point where it was so bad it was pulls of blood, never did the doctors tell me that I had celiac disease or any other allergy but I know high amount of gluten was killing me. I’ve taken the gluten bread in any other form of artificial this out of my system and now I’m healthier than other. the doctors wanted to just, give me enema medicines to give overnight to kind of sooth, the flareups and the inflame inflammatory bowels, but they never told me anything about taking bread out of my diet. This was a remarkable video. I started homemade making bread 4 years ago, organic whole wheat and Einkorn flour, yeast, salt, a teaspoon of sugar and water. It's delicious and smells amazing! I don't know why they put all those ingredients in store bread but it's ridiculous! Great video.

I know better and really needed that reminder. I started back getting that regular bread last month. It's so easy to eat the wrong thing and people that around you don't know better. I didn't even notice how backwards I went from 1 yr vegitarian and 6 years vegan. To well I can cook with butter no big deal. To well I can use eggs while baking to eating well I will eat david killer bread. Then the pandemic hit then I start eating cheese and working from home and gain weight. Then all that crap became normal. I snapped out of it a few months ago and gave up cheese and working on reading labels. The last week I had been compaled to start eating yellow lentil for egg and red lentils as bread. Thanks for the Bad Bread Breakdown. I used to do a 40 day Fruit Fast every year I will do it this year in June when produce is cheaper. I'm excited to use your fruits this year in my fast.
Up Date I'm Doing my 40 Day Fruit Fast and I'm on Day 4 the first two days was really hard It's getting easier as I go. My body feel so much better. It felt bloated and heavy and my joints and back hurt. If your not diabetic I recommend it. I'm not a Doctor either lol. I eat diverse fruits and raw nuts that's not roasted and salted. I eat Romaine lettuce as well. Think of all the fruits from peppers, squash, tomatoes, Avocado , berries and melons I don't limit my Fruit but stay close to a 1/4 cup nuts a day.

@@aftergodsownheart9052 it was the first time I’ve ever made it so I still need to work on the recipe, I used one cup of cassava flour, 2 scoops of hemp protein powder, 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. I mixed all this with about a cup of water and just pressed them in my hands before cooking them in a pan with coconut oil. Then I finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic and added to the pan under the flat bread so it would cook a little before removing them. Finally I spread butter on top with some cilantro.

Great video, Bobby, but you’re missing a few. I’m an organic farmer surrounded by chemical wheat farmers. They do rotate with corn, but they inject the ground with so many fertilizers to force it to grow and tons of chemicals. They’re destroying trees and everything. And then they’ll let the fields rest a year but they spray them three times to keep the weeds killed. Most of the chemical mixes are not working so there constantly changing them because the weeds are resilient. I have positive test results for chemicals like glyphosate which I encourage everybody to watch the documentary what’s with wheat. Also dicamba 24d atrazine. Plus many other chemicals are constantly mixing. The chemical stay in the soil and the plants absorb them. There’s no washing it off. Now the weeds are so bad. They are spraying the wheat just before harvest so they don’t get docked for weeds. When they do this, it is not to be used for food. But there is no one regulating this. It all goes in the same bin at the co-op. Just like non-GMO seeds. we don’t grow them. But when the railroad cars come for non-GMO seeds to be filled, it’s filled with GMO seeds. Our country is doing all can to destroy organic farming. As the sheriffs department escorted a sprayer to drift my farm again. Bob, I would love for you to come and visit and see what’s really happening in the heartland of America. Go grow something worth eating because you and your children are worth it. Baker Creek seed is a good place to find heirloom seeds from around the world. It must be heirloom and eating it alive and forget bread look at my greenhouse videos, and my collard plants. That’s your bread that big leaf :-)

I quit eating bread/ sandwiches months ago for breakfast. I eat fruits or oats with plant milks. I look and feel so much better

I started homemade making bread 4 years ago, organic whole wheat and Einkorn flour, yeast, salt, a teaspoon of sugar and water. It's delicious and smells amazing! I don't know why they put all those ingredients in store bread but it's ridiculous! Great video.

I know better and really needed that reminder. I started back getting that regular bread last month. It's so easy to eat the wrong thing and people that around you don't know better. I didn't even notice how backwards I went from 1 yr vegitarian and 6 years vegan. To well I can cook with butter no big deal. To well I can use eggs while baking to eating well I will eat david killer bread. Then the pandemic hit then I start eating cheese and working from home and gain weight. Then all that crap became normal. I snapped out of it a few months ago and gave up cheese and working on reading labels. The last week I had been compaled to start eating yellow lentil for egg and red lentils as bread. Thanks for the Bad Bread Breakdown. I used to do a 40 day Fruit Fast every year I will do it this year in June when produce is cheaper. I'm excited to use your fruits this year in my fast.
Up Date I'm Doing my 40 Day Fruit Fast and I'm on Day 4 the first two days was really hard It's getting easier as I go. My body feel so much better. It felt bloated and heavy and my joints and back hurt. If your not diabetic I recommend it. I'm not a Doctor either lol. I eat diverse fruits and raw nuts that's not roasted and salted. I eat Romaine lettuce as well. Think of all the fruits from peppers, squash, tomatoes, Avocado , berries and melons I don't limit my Fruit but stay close to a 1/4 cup nuts a day.

@@aftergodsownheart9052 it was the first time I’ve ever made it so I still need to work on the recipe, I used one cup of cassava flour, 2 scoops of hemp protein powder, 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. I mixed all this with about a cup of water and just pressed them in my hands before cooking them in a pan with coconut oil. Then I finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic and added to the pan under the flat bread so it would cook a little before removing them. Finally I spread butter on top with some cilantro.

I researched and found out about the chemicals that are in bread, and I started making my own bread, i don't buy bread in store
How do you make your bread
I used bread flour, cold prest coconut oil pink Himalayan salt and instant yeast. No chemicals.
If you are not milling your wheat, you are still not getting any nutrients from your flour. Do you mill your wheat berries?
That’s definitely a step in the right direction. Is the flour you use made from original wheat, or the hybridized wheat warned about in this video?

Great video, Bobby, but you’re missing a few. I’m an organic farmer surrounded by chemical wheat farmers. They do rotate with corn, but they inject the ground with so many fertilizers to force it to grow and tons of chemicals. They’re destroying trees and everything. And then they’ll let the fields rest a year but they spray them three times to keep the weeds killed. Most of the chemical mixes are not working so there constantly changing them because the weeds are resilient. I have positive test results for chemicals like glyphosate which I encourage everybody to watch the documentary what’s with wheat. Also dicamba 24d atrazine. Plus many other chemicals are constantly mixing. The chemical stay in the soil and the plants absorb them. There’s no washing it off. Now the weeds are so bad. They are spraying the wheat just before harvest so they don’t get docked for weeds. When they do this, it is not to be used for food. But there is no one regulating this. It all goes in the same bin at the co-op. Just like non-GMO seeds. we don’t grow them. But when the railroad cars come for non-GMO seeds to be filled, it’s filled with GMO seeds. Our country is doing all can to destroy organic farming. As the sheriffs department escorted a sprayer to drift my farm again. Bob, I would love for you to come and visit and see what’s really happening in the heartland of America. Go grow something worth eating because you and your children are worth it. Baker Creek seed is a good place to find heirloom seeds from around the world. It must be heirloom and eating it alive and forget bread look at my greenhouse videos, and my collard plants. That’s your bread that big leaf :-)
