Main Idea of the Video Content/Synopsis: Get your water from Vegetables and Fruits that can provide a high water content (with a similar composition to human blood, but is just missing iron), to your body which are listed below :
    1. Lettuce,
    2. Zucchini,
    3. Cucumbers,
    4. Watermelon,
    5. Melons/Cantaloupe
    6. Bell Peppers - high vitamin C, better than oranges,
    7. Coconut Water, purest form of H2O, and
    8. Natural Spring Water bottled from the source or the earth should have some of these minerals Ca, Mg, Potassium, etc, examples, Fuji, Natural Spring Water/ Mountain from dense or less populated regions to obtain structural water from the earth are less toxic and healthier for your body.
    - Alkalize is better than Alkaline which has synthesized minerals/electrolytes, if you can afford it and hopefully, the marketing and production of the product is safe and genuine. Have an awesome day/weekend!

Thank you...did he say "alkalized" water is better than "alkaline"? I think I heard the opposite since alkaline water would be nature's water from the earth, and therefore better than something that has been added to regular water to try to "alkalize" it, right?

    • @darsellabiles2146
      @darsellabiles2146 Рік тому +16

@@greyeye5345 Yes, according to the video, natural, water cycled, alkaline water, from natural sources, around 14:28 minutes into the video. I could have gotten the terminology incorrect, so please, always review and check it out for yourself. I heard alkalizing the water from the ground/ mountains/etc, - to the end. Alkaline water that is from a natural source , not mentioned but, it should be in a glass container, if you can afford it. I am going to research this more as well as h3o2, hydrogen peroxide, adding lemon, baking soda, water filters/ purifiers, varying ph levels of h2o/ h3o2, etc. Great observation! Have an awesome day!

What he said is true. I went to Senegal in 2012. Spent 1 month there. Came back to the U.S 30 pounds lighter. I did not go hungry. I ate as much as I wanted. Came back taller, leaner, happier. I slept like a baby. Some of the most peaceful sleeps I've ever had. The people over there don't take life too seriously. A complete stranger will come to you and start an hour-long conversation. No racism. There may be some tribal differences, but people generally love each other and get along. In Senegal there is a way of life called teranga. It means hospitality. You can walk into a stranger's house and ask to eat lunch with them and they will share their food with you. They regularly give food and money to orphans. I've had people invite me into their home, and gift me their own clothing and gold jewelry. That is how loving and inviting they are.

My brother taped into underground water that runs over rocks that gave the water 17 kinds of minerals that cured high blood pressure and gave out great energy. The elderly loved it.
Up until 11, I was raised on spring water that was sweet and cool. Alfa was all around the structure that was cleaned off occasionally. The few in the country hill came with barrels to get the water. My family is basically healthy and had good teeth until we move to the city. That when I saw my first roach.
Our bodies suffer from minerals we need to keep us healthy and deprived of our food and water.
When I eat watermelon 🍉 it makes me feel more hydrated. A fresh salad helps my digestion work better if I get products untampered with. They got lettuce out there that tasted like rubber.

City water and even some bottled water seem to lack hydration properties. Natural spring water such as you described I used to be able to drive about 8 miles out of town and collect it in 6 gallon water jugs until the city deemed it unsafe due to falling rocks. Just a quick comment about Coconut Water for anyone who hasn't had it. It is soooooo delicious, its kinda like a no brainer. I would recommend this Coconut Water called "Taste Nirvana". Its the only one at Whole Foods they sell in a glass bottle, so refreshing. You can mix it with Tea or coffee as a natural sweetener. Soon as you try it, you body will tell you "this is what I been missing!!!"
Only downside to Taste Nirvana, is it is not cheap, the other less expensive brands at Whole Foods in the paper cartons I'm not feeling as much. But Whole Foods 365 brand is "acceptable", about 40% less cost than Taste Nirvana.

I LOVE your videos. Recently subscribed because you give statistics, basic truth, without jumping on the bandwagon of creating HATE for those who are enemies of natural health. It's true there are enemies who pervert truth on this subject...and we need to fix that. True. But it is such a JOY to learn new truth and more about holistic health and unadulterated food, etc...with the FOCUS being on the survival and goodness . Hey! Dr. Bobby, yes! I🥰 thoroughly enjoyed this segment on "how to eat your water!" 😊 I have never heard anyone point out the major source of eating a good amount of 💧 water. My mother taught us to eat the greenest part of cabbage and lettuce. "I knew about watermelon 🍉, because I was working at MCO Airport in Orlando during the peak summer months and my supervisor advised use to eat plenty of watermelon, but I would buy categories too because since a child I love eating cantaloupe and pomegranates; I would climb the pomegranate trees in Brenneman Texas "country" and spend the day picking and eating them until I was a mess, and got sick;😢 so I wouldn't have to eat squirrel meat and cow turn butter, and pigs meat. To this day none of those are my eating habits. Peace ☮️ Love 💙 n Life 😇

More importantly how I got there. So in the kitchen I go to prep my meals & incorporate more fasting & juicing to boost my vitality. My 50th is 6 weeks away & the Lioness will shine

Back in college I started drinking filtered water but I didn't like the taste of plastic so I started saving glass juice bottles and I filtered the water myself, adding glacier water natural minerals and refrigerating it. I have refilled those same bottled for years (you can sterilize glass). It is very refreshing, much less expensive than buying it and I calculate saving thousands of plastic bottle from going into landfills. Good to have a short list of edible water foods, thanks.

I do the same thing! I save big glass bottles and refill them. I also have metal bottles to take with me when I leave the house.
I use ceramic candle filters in a stainless steel set up. Its amazing how much better it tastes and all the gunk it gets out of the tap water.

We have filtered water in our refridgerator but we used a Pur water filter, then a Brita before we got the fridge. Either one does a good job. We are fortunate that we live in a town that has well water that is mountain fed and filtered before it gets to us, but we filter it again anyway just in case.

Thank you so much for your efforts to point us in the right direction. Before my almost tragic accident this past December I lived in my own apartment and kept my food choices clean. I too had only natural spring water bottled at source. I live in a nutrition desert and endure all sorts of strange farming practices to the point when I was offered hormone laden meats and fruit and veg farmed on pesticides I could taste the difference and limit consumption. Nobody out here in South Africa and Botswana understand spending a little more on quality foods. The money goes towards nice clothing and cars. We do however have one outlet chain committed to offering good options.
I am now out of hospital and they had already packed me up to live with my aunt and family who can eat anything and if I comment - I’m being difficult. I’m in a personal living hell with multiple meds and no nutrition whatsoever. Fruit / veg lol! What’s that?I was starting to recover but now fear malnutrition. My immediate family is too busy to listen and don’t know where to turn. 😢

In the morning, I rehydrate with either dissolving Shilajit into a glass of water to remineralize or add concentrated trace mineral drops. I believe these are other ways to add structure to your water in natural ways. Maybe add a little note that says “I love you” on your glass/bottle will help too🕺

And patients come into the office basically with a grocery list of medicine they want to take. Until we focus on comprehensive medicine which places more value on prevention and disease elimination. Right now, the focus is on symptom management. Thanks for the dialogue.
