  • Do Tai Chi to Improve Balance Every Day. These Gentle Stretches in 10 minutes can be done seated or standing as a standalone routine or as a warm-up before your workouts. The slow movements of Tai Chi engage your muscles and improve coordination, balance and flexibility, while also relieving stress and anxiety.
    Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art that combines gentle physical movement, breath control, and meditation. Tai Chi is a weight-bearing exercise that engages various muscle groups which is essential for daily activities and overall mobility.
    This stretching session is versatile. You can do these exercises every day - it can be used as a warm up or cooldown to any yes2next workout or a gentle workout by itself.

    I used to do Tai Chi (108 form) until covid, and my group sessions shut down. That's when I found yes2next. This routine reminded me of some moves I've forgotten - thanks, April!

    Many thanks! I've been sidelined with 3 spontaneous fracture due to osteoporosis & medical neglect.
    Your format is wonderful, especially with you Mom seated to demonstrate. Made me feel alive again & hopeful to be free of my walker. (Was in wheelchair prior)
    I practiced novice Tai Chi years ago. Your instructions are easy to follow on video!

    Just starting out with tai chi due to pain. I enjoy your videos. Calming voice, explains well therefore I don’t get frustrated. Thank you. I wonder if you could do some more videos on tai chi. Again, thank you Mostly, I appreciate seeing your mom sitting and able to do the moves (in all videos) therefore allowing me a choice for that day!

    Really enjoy your videos! We were doing the walking videos during the pandemic shut down, I had some brain surgery and now doing some TaiChi to regain balance. Glad you incorporated this option. Love seeing your mom & Mochi too. :)

    Working with horses can make you very stiff. A good session of Tai Chi does not strain but loosens everything up with out injury.

    I would love to see more neck exercises because my 84 yo bones need it so badly. I am like your mom, these Tai Chi movements are so helpful with my lack of coordination....the slow moves definitely help with that. Thank you so much.

    Thankyou dear ladies. I've had back surgery and am enjoying these gentle but *yes I feel it" exercises. Relaxed atmosphere and gentle voice presents a peaceful ambience for me to participate in. No loud voice or hurriedness. Looking forward to improving my balance. Thankyou for inviting us into your exercise home.     Hi am 72 now,, so now do this every morning each day, I have probable rheumatoid arthritis of my shoulders and arthritis in my knees. so I decided to try to follow you, which I take slowly. I feel good doing theres,. I do another one of your videos in the afternoons too now.. many thanks

    I finished up the *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* with this gentle stretch and balance routine last night. I found some of the balancing a bit challenging and even lost my balance a bit once or twice -- maybe because I was doing it late at night before bed, but overall I found it relaxing. I'll try to do it earlier in the day next time. (written on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024)

    Love your exercise videos, Im retired and from the UK. Too cold to go out so i'm enjoying these exercises at home. I like that I don't have to get down on the floor as have a replacement knee and this has always put me off before with other channels, so thank you, love your cat too x

    Ive had a knee replacement and currently also have a shoulder impingement from using crutches ,i was doing chair yoga but the arm lifting was painfull ,so was looking for something a bit more gentle , this really hits the spot I'll be continuing with it thankyou for sharing this ❤

    I was looking for a short workout to finish out my daily workout goal. I had already did some rebounding and short walks to and from church. I found this one. I have never done any type of Tai Chi before. It was perfect to do just before bed and will do more that are similar. I love your cat and your mom (and you too, of course). I probably shouldn’t have put your cat first in the list 😂
