The one in Arusha was repainting a Prado,they striped it metal using only scrappers and one piece of sand paper. It looked pretty good when done,I still have the video of the stary to finish process. You have to fix that of which you can not procure, they simply don't have the option to order a new fender.
Pliers, a rubber mallet and some 2x4's is how I fix 90% of the body damage I come across lol. It'll need to be smoothed out at times but it's amazing what a good smack can do sometimes haha

There are countries with cities that contain high rise buildings, international airports, etc...farms, mines, industries, ports - of course there are cars! Africa is a HUGE place, and some places are doing at least fair. Morocco to Egypt, South Africa to Nigeria- all in Africa. I'm no expert on the continent, but I believe Nigeria, among some other places, is kind of a booming country right now.

Think of South Africa, they at least in the past, had auto plants there and at its peak was a very wealthy and influential country. You never saw South Africa shown? It was in the news a lot when I was younger because of the lead up to the end of apartheid there.
