Do różnych państw tam trafiają.

Set up!!, As a real motor mechanic and someone who has worked on Mercedes many times, they have just undone the injector pipes and let air in the system, then tighten them up, which needs the engine to turn a few times to prime the system then all works ok. Plus the noise on tick over (a sort of low pitch rattle) is the pulley on the alternator which has seized, these engines need a one way pulley so the belt does not jump, in the end this engine will destroy the the belt and the tensioner after a few thousand Km's. if it's already done that by the sound of it.

Upon revving you can hear that the engine sounds smooth and not rattly that means the oil is doing is job well , its not going to harm the engine that much doing it every now and then it will actually clean the oil channels and burn off deposits, but if you rev the hell out of it everyday then yes it will die faster.

Air was in a fuel pump and it made fail to good pressure at the fuel line. Hand pumping through with getting out the air from the all fuel injection system have got result to a certain time, then air will accumulate slowly at the pump and the problem will returns again.

Bleeding the injection lines from the injection pump to the injectors. The easiest thing in the world. In Poland, just any farmer can do it and knows by ear when the injection system has air and it has to be done.
