Now a days all flats have Sun protection and Rain Protection at Rooftop. And Top floor mein jo hai Woh Roof bhi zada use kar sakte hai... And Light bhi zada reheta hai. Abhi to aged public bhi top floor prefer karte hai for view

@@myselfyuvi search online... You can understand. Sun Protection is the construction plan that Rooftop will be safe from Sunlight heat. Same as rain protection.
Hume bhi top floor Lena pada kyonki koi aur Mila nahi jo suitable lage. Hum bhi kafi confused hain.

Yes I stay at 1st floor and it's a big issue. Especially when the upper flat in on rent. Also noise from street and shops is worst. My solution was that I have booked top floor flat

@@AmitPatekar even if its 600 m inside? lower floor- for eg 7-10?
@@kaise989 Sound travel through the air and if there are no objects like trees / buildings sound will travel without obstruction. Even if the windows are closed, vibration can be felt from heavy vehicles like trucks, especially in night.
